PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Big 5 today announced the pairings and game times for the second annual Big 5 Women's Classic tripleheader sponsored by Toyota. The event is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 7, at the Finneran Pavilion on the campus of Villanova University.  All three games can be seen live on NBC Philly Plus and they will stream on the NBC Sports app and the Villanova Athletics YouTube Channel.

Tickets start at $25 per person and are good for all three games of the tripleheader. Group Tickets are still available for 20 or more people and can be purchased by contacting the Villanova Athletic Ticket Office at 610-519-6700. The link to buy tickets online is below.

In the women's format, the six schools were separated into three-team pods: Pod 1: Saint Joseph's, Penn, and Drexel; Pod 2: Villanova, La Salle and Temple. Each team played the other two opponents from their pod at their individual on-campus arenas during the first couple weeks of the season. All six teams will be a part of the tripleheader with the first seed in each pod competing for the Big 5 championship, as well as respective games with the second seeds and third seeds.
 
Saint Joseph's and Villanova won their respective pods, and the two schools will meet for the Big 5 championship at 4:30 p.m., on Sunday. The tripleheader will kickoff at noon, with LaSalle playing Penn followed by Drexel against Temple at 2:15 p.m.
