Baseball Heads To Nashville For Three Game Series With Lipscomb

'Cats Begin Three Game Road Series On Friday and Finish Sunday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Villanova University baseball team travels to Nashville, Tennessee for a three-game series with Lipscomb at Ken Dugan Field starting Friday, February 20th.

THIS WEEKEND
  • The Wildcats and Bison begin the series on Friday, Feb. 20 at 3:00 p.m., continue on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 2:00 p.m., and conclude on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 1:00 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
  • Villanova dropped its opening series at Florida International University, falling in two of three contests.
  • The Wildcats opened the 2026 campaign with an impressive 7-4 victory, highlighted by a go-ahead three-run home run from senior Michael Whooley on Opening Day. Transfer Will Parkinson earned the win, while senior Graham Moore secured the season's first save.
  • FIU responded by taking the final two games of the series, earning a 13-3 win on Saturday before walking off with a 4-3 victory in the finale.
