Rieti, Italy-Adrian Blincoe (Villanova, '05) ran the 1500m in 3:35.50 at the Rieti Grand Prix, setting a new personal best and finishing tenth in the event.

Blincoe erased fifteen hundreths of a second off his previous personal record.

"I think I've had a pretty successful season thus far, said Blincoe. "I've faced some tough competition this summer, and I'm pleased to have set a personal best in Rieti."

He will compete next in Berlin, Germany.
