UNITAS WORKSHOPS

Requirement for new student-athletes

New Villanova student-athletes, whether freshmen or transfers, are required to attend one of two UNITAS workshops. They will learn about UNITAS, CASA and foundational concepts related to building community and communication. These workshops are Study Hall and ACS Approved.

The Sports & Spirituality Program seeks to walk with student-athletes along their journey towards discovering their best selves by providing opportunities for prayer, self-reflection and meaningful connection with one's self, friends and teammates both inside and outside of sports.
