VILLANOVA, Pa. - On Tuesday, June 30, the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) announced its 2015 football television package. The conference games will be broadcast on the league's three broadcast partners including NBC Sports Network, NBC Sports Regional Networks and the American Sports Network (ASN).

Villanova will have seven television games in 2015. The season opener at Connecticut on Thursday, Sept. 3, will be live on ESPN3 and SportsNet New York. The Wildcats will have three home games televised live, including the Sept. 19th conference opener versus Delaware on Comcast SportsNet, the Oct. 10th contest against William & Mary on Comcast SportsNet and the Oct. 31st game versus Maine which will be a nationally televised contest on NBC Sports Network. The other three televised games include Oct. 17th at Albany (ASN), Oct. 24 at Towson (ASN) and the regular season finale at James Madison on Nov. 21st (Comcast SportsNet).

CAA Football’s broadcast partners will televise a total of 24 regular-season games in 2015. Four of the contests will be carried nationally on NBCSN. The Emmy Award-winning network is the 24/7 cable home for NBC Sports, and is available in more than 84 million households.

NBC Sports Regional Networks – which include CSN Mid-Atlantic, CSN Philadelphia, CSN New England and SNY – will carry 11 CAA Football games this season.

The CAA Football on American Sports Network package will include nine games this fall. ASN – the collegiate sports initiative of the Sinclair Broadcast Group – has affiliates that reach approximately 38.9-percent of U.S. households. Sinclair operates 162 television stations airing 376 channels in 79 markets, and has affiliations with all the major networks nationwide.
