New York, N.Y.- Senior midfielder Matt Campbell has been named BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

In a 1-1 week for the Wildcats', Campbell had nine points (six goals, three assists) to lead Villanova. Against Brown on Wednesday, Campbell notched five points, registering two goals and three assists in the one-goal defeat. Leading Villanova to an 8-6 win over Hofstra on Saturday, the senior netted four goals to set the tone.

Villanova will return to action Saturday when they host the Penn Quakers.  First faceoff is scheduled for 1:00 P.M.
