Villanova Ticket Exchange

For the first time ever, Villanova Athletics has a Ticket Exchange Program. The Villanova Ticket Exchange Program was created to ensure the Finneran Pavilion is packed with Villanovans for every on-campus home game by filling seats that would go unused when season ticket holders are unable to attend a game. Tickets that are given back to the Villanova Athletic Ticket Office will then be made available to other members of Nova Nation to purchase.
 

GENERAL FAQS

Why should I return my tickets to Villanova Athletics?
Villanova Athletics wants the game-day atmosphere in the Finneran Pavilion to be among the best in college basketball—that starts with Villanova fans in every seat for every game. This program will allow Villanova Athletics to ensure that every seat is filled and provide opportunities to other members of the Nova Nation who were unable to secure season tickets in the Finneran Pavilion. In addition, you will receive gift-in-kind credit and Nova Points for the value of any ticket you return throughout the season.
Who will be using my tickets?
Members of Nova Nation—fellow season ticket holders interested in additional seats, Villanova Wells Fargo Package holders, and Villanova Athletic Fund Donors can request access to purchase tickets.  
Who can return tickets through the Villanova Ticket Exchange?
Only season ticket holders have the ability to return tickets through this program.
How much are tickets going to be sold for?
The Villanova Athletic Ticket Office will sell the returned tickets to other members of Nova Nation at face value.
What happens to my physical tickets once the seats are returned to Villanova Athletics?
The bar code on the physical tickets will be no longer be valid and cannot be used to enter the Finneran Pavilion.
As a Season Ticket holder, can I request additional tickets through this program?
Yes, current season ticket holders will be able to request tickets.


HOW TO RETURN TICKETS

How do I return my tickets to Villanova Athletics?
There are three ways to return your tickets to Villanova Athletics:

1. Log in to your account on Villanova.com and under Account Manager, select “Return Tickets”, and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Visit Villanova.com/TicketExchange and complete the return form.

3. Email TicketExchange@villanova.edu with your name, the specified game you will not be using the tickets for, and the specific seat location(s) you wish to return.

The Ticket Office will receive these requests and make your seats available for purchase to other Villanovans.
How do I return tickets through my Villanova.com account manager?
To return tickets through the Villanova Ticket Exchange program, please complete the following steps:

1. Access the automated ticket exchange process by clicking HERE

2. Log in to your account using your Villanova.com Ticket account login (email or account number) and password. If you do not know your password, please click the “Forgot Password” link and an email will be sent to you to.

3. Once you log in, click on the "RETURN" button.

4. You will be directed to page where you will see all eligible games to “TICKET EXCHANGE.”

5. Select the game(s) and seats that you would like to return. You may make selections per game and per seat.

6. Once finished making your selections, click “Next” at the bottom of the page.

7. The next page will ask you to confirm your selections.

8. Once you have returned a ticket, it will no longer be in your account, and the original ticket will be voided.

After completing these steps, you will receive a confirmation email that states your return was successful. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Villanova Athletic Ticket Office at 610-519-4100 or tickets@villanova.edu

For each seat returned in the Villanova Ticket Exchange program, gift-in-kind credit and Nova Points will be awarded to the season ticket holder at the conclusion of the Men’s Basketball season.
When can I return my tickets?
Season Ticket Holders can return their tickets as soon as season ticket packages are received, and tickets can be returned at any point up until 24 hours prior to tip-off of the specific game.


HOW TO REQUEST TICKETS

How do I request tickets?
1. Enroll as a participant interested in purchasing seats through the Villanova Ticket Exchange program by clicking HERE

2. Once on the site, click on “My Account” and then “Sign In.” If you do not know your password click “Forgot Password” and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you are a first-time visitor you will be asked to create an online account.

3. Once you log in, you click on the blue “Men’s Basketball” button and you will be directed to a page that lists all games that are available to request tickets for and you should then click on “Request.”

4. You will then be asked how many tickets for the given game you would like to request.

5. You will need to make a request one game at a time, by “Clicking Add to Cart” and then returning to the item list.

6. After completing all of the steps to process your requests, you will have the opportunity to make any additional comments in the “Add Comments” field. This area should also be used to:
a. Detail your price and seating preferences
b. Identify the best email address for notification of ticket confirmations
How are ticket requests fulfilled?
All ticket requests will be filled based upon availability and Nova Points, but consideration is also given to other factors (being a Wells Fargo Center package holder, being a contributor to the Villanova Athletic Fund, etc.
How are seat locations assigned?
The Villanova Athletic Ticket Office will automatically place you in the best available seat. If you have specific section requests, please use the “Add Comments” section to add this information.
If my request is fulfilled, how will I pay for these tickets?
You will be asked for a credit card to reserve your request. Your credit card will only be charged if tickets become available and you awarded them. Submitting this request is not a guarantee of tickets, rather commitment from Villanova to assist you with tickets should they be available. By making this request you are giving Villanova the permission to charge your credit card should seats become available. As such, if we can fulfill your request, we will notify you via email and charge the card on file automatically. If you need to make any changes to this request, you may do so at any time up until we have charged your card.
When will I know if my request will be fulfilled?
Requestors will be notified that their request has been fulfilled as early as possible. Please note: As tickets become available you could be notified the day of the game prior to tip-off. You will be contacted ONLY if tickets become available.
How do I get the tickets should my request be awarded?
During you request process, you can select to have the PDF tickets emailed to the email address on your account, or you can select to have the ticket left under the account holders name at Will Call. Tickets must be used in the manner indicated in the request. Any other use will result in removing the requestor’s name from future request lists.
