2023: Earned second team All-CAA honors…Started all 13 games and had 46 tackles, three tackles for loss, one interception and five pass break-ups…Made a career-high 12 tackles at New Hampshire…Registered five tackles at Colgate…Recorded four tackles and an interception at Lehigh…Credited with two pass break-ups against Albany and Elon…Made two tackles for loss at North Carolina A&T.
2022: Started all 10 games that he played in and tallied 55 tackles, two tackles for loss and two forced fumbles…Made a season-high eight tackles at Richmond…Posted seven tackles against Maine and Hampton…Recorded six tackles and one stop for a loss of 11 yards versus Lehigh…Credited with a forced fumble versus Lehigh and Delaware.
2021: Played in all 13 games and had eight starts on the season … Tallied 40 tackles, including a tackle for loss, and recorded one interception; 
Lehigh (9/4): Recorded five tackles and a pass breakup in the season opener; 
Richmond (9/18): Credited with three assisted tackles; 
Penn State (9/25): Posted three tackles; 
James Madison (10/9): Made a career-high seven tackles and was credited with one tackle for loss against the Dukes; 
UAlbany (10/16): Registered four total stops; 
Rhode Island (10/23): Had one solo tackle and a pass breakup in a 44-0 victory; 
William & Mary (10/30): Posted four tackles; 
Elon (11/6): Tallied four tackles; 
Delaware (11/20): Recorded three solo tackles and an interception in the annual “Battle of the Blue” rivalry game; 
Holy Cross (12/3): Made five solo stops in the second round of the FCS playoffs; 
South Dakota State (12/11): Had one solo tackle in a quarterfinal playoff game.
 
2020 (Spring 2021): Saw playing time in all four games of the season and made one tackle; 
Maine (4/3): Registered a solo tackle for his first career stop in the Wildcats road win over the Black Bears.
 
Calvert Hall College High School: Played football in addition to competing for the indoor and outdoor track & field teams … Earned MIAA All-Conference honors in football as a senior in 2019 and was a four-time all-conference selection in track & field … Achieved Honor Roll status academically.
 
Personal: Born 12/13/01 in Owings Mills, Md. … One of three children of Thuan and Tisha Trinh … Has two siblings, Tiffany (23) and Tyler (10) … Chose to attend Villanova because it would provide him with an education as well as a chance to continue his athletic career … Noted that it would prepare him for achievement beyond football … Has yet to declare a major.
