Two-time BIG EAST scorer in the javelin who is coming off a fifth place finish at the 2022 conference championships ... His personal best mark of 64.06 meters at last year's BIG EAST meet puts him sixth all-time in the Villanova record book ... He is one of seven Wildcats who have surpassed 60 meters in competition with the current implement which was introduced in 1999 ... Did not make his collegiate debut until his sophomore season in 2021 and has room to continue developing during the coming year.

Ocean Township High School: Earned three varsity letters in football, two in track & field and also played on the baseball team … Was the New Jersey Group 3 Central javelin champion as a senior … Part of a team that won B North Division titles his junior and senior seasons … Played at tight end, linebacker and long snapper on the football team, and was an outfielder and a shortstop on the baseball team … Recipient of the NJSIAA Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior … Earned Academic All-Shore Conference honors in football as a senior and was the Ocean Township Football Carelli Award Winner … Two-year member of the National Honor Society … Was a Spartan Scholar and a Principal’s Commendation List selection all four years of high school … Winner of the Outstanding Achievement in Economics Award his senior year, was a DECA regional champion in Principles of Finance as a junior and in Business Finance as a senior … Winner of the Leona Burke Worth Math Award as a senior.
 
Personal: Born 7/25/01 in Red Bank, N.J. … Oldest of three sons of Joe and Jenna DiDario … Has three younger brothers: Michael (19), Anthony (18) and Evan (13) … Hobbies include fishing and going to the beach … Chose to attend Villanova for its culture and sense of community, as well as the combined strength of the school’s academic and athletics reputations … Enrolled in the Villanova School of Business and has yet to declare a major.
