Made her collegiate debut during the 2025 cross country season and was part of the Villanova lineup at the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Championships ... She went on to qualify for the USATF Cross Country Championships in December 2025 where she tallied a seventh place finish in the U20 Women's race.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Ran in a Villanova singlet in the U20 Women's race at the USATF Cross Country Championships in December 2025 ... Posted a time of 22:52.8 over 6,000 meters and finished seventh overall while ranking in the top 25 percent of finishers in the race.

BEFORE VILLANOVA

Ocean City High School: Earned a total of six varsity letters in cross country and track & field from her sophomore through senior years ... Previously competed on the soccer and crew teams ... As a senior was the bronze medalist in the 800 meters at the New Jersey Meet of Champions and ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay in which her team won a gold medal ... Three-time track MVP ... Two-year inductee to the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 6/6/07 ... One of two children of Amy Horan-Smith and Clay Smith ... Has one sibling, Liam ... Chose to attend Villanova for its elite academic and athletic programs, as well as the welcoming community which made Villanova feel like her new home ... Plans to major in Biology.
