Biography

Holy Spirit High School: Had a total of eight varsity letters as a flyer on the varsity cheerleading squad and coxswain for the varsity rowing team … Part of the freshman 8, Lightweight Varsity 8 and Varsity 4+ that won the Atlantic County Championships in 2022, 2023 and 2024, respectively … Won the Garden State Championships with the V4+ in 2024 while finishing third with the Freshmen 8 in 2022 and V4+ in 2025 … Added third-place showings in the Philadelphia Cities Championships (Freshman 8 – 2022, Lightweight V4+ - 2023) and a win with the V4+ in 2024… Also saw third-place finishes at the Stotesbury Cup Regatta (2023, 2024, 2025) and placed fourth at Scholastic Nationals in 2024 …  Attained four years of High Academic Honors and graduated in top 10 of the senior class.

Personal: Native of Galloway, N.J. born Dec. 2, 2006 … One of two children to Ceil and Buzz Rynkiewicz … Has a sibling, Lulu … Studying Criminology … “I chose Villanova for its close-knit community that values community service. Coming from South Jersey, Villanova is close to home and mirrors many of the values my Catholic high school did. I enjoyed the beautiful campus and appreciated the connection students have with one another, and I couldn't imagine choosing any other place to pursue my next four years of rowing and learning.”
