Dusty Snyder enters his first season at Villanova as Assistant Coach. 

Snyder came to Villanova after spending the previous three years with Pasco-Hernando State College and the University of South Florida as an Assistant Coach on both staffs. 

At Pasco-Hernando State College, Snyder served as the Assistant Coach working primarily with the pitchers. Also served as the first base coach. In his one year at Pasco-Hernando State College the Bobcats went onto winning the 2025 Division 2 Junior College National Championship. The team had a total of 193 stolen bases while the pitching staff had a collective earned run average of 3.54. 

Prior to Pasco-Hernando State College, Snyder played at the University of South Florida. Due to injury Snyder than became an Assistant Coach at USF. He worked with the infielders and outfielders. 

Snyder is a native to Coconut Creek, FL.  and began his collegiate career playing at the University of South Florida in 2021 and 2022.

Snyder completed his bachelor's in arts in Criminology/Criminal Justice at USF.
