Villanova Univeristy Athletics

Hailey Silberman joined Villanova Athletics as a Media Relations Intern in September 2025.

She is a 2025 graduate of Binghamton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Digital and Data Studies.

While at Binghamton, Silberman gained valuable experience as an Athletic Communications Intern, producing written content for the athletics website and managing social media coverage for several teams, including Women’s Basketball, Swimming & Diving, and Men's Soccer.

Prior to joining Villanova, she served as the Social Media Manager for The Guard Factory, a basketball training and development organization. In this role, she led content creation and strategy, helping to grow the company’s digital presence.
