Villanova, Pa. - Coach Jay Wright and the Villanova Wildcats will conduct an open practice on Monday afternoon to highlight the team's Tuesday night National Invitation Tournament matchup with Louisiana Tech at the Pavilion.

The festivities will coincide with the distribution of student tickets on Court One at the Pavilion. From noon to 4:00 p.m., student tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis at this location. A total of 2,000 tickets are available free to Villanova students with proper identification.

Coach Wright and the Villanova players will be on hand to greet those students who pick up their tickets at this time. A disc jockey will provide music and there will be T-shirt giveaways. Refreshments will also be served. Practice will begin at approximately 2:30 p.m.

"We wanted to say thank you to our students and fans for their support this season in a tangible way," said Wright. "And this seemed like a fun way to do that."

The general public is welcome to attend Monday's festivities. Non-student tickets will be on sale beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday at the Villanova Ticket Office in Jake Nevin Field House. All upper level reserved seats are priced at $10 and all lower level seats are priced at $20.

Those students unable to pick up their tickets on Monday afternoon can still do so at the Ticket Office during regular business hours on Monday morning and Tuesday.

Tickets can be reserved, either in person at the Villanova Athletic Ticket Office or over the telephone by calling 610-519-4100. A Visa/Mastercard account is required on all telephone orders. All phone orders will be held for pickup at "Will Call" on game day. At this time it is anticipated that tickets will be available at the door on game day.
