VILLANOVA, PA. - On Monday, Sept. 9, Villanova University goalkeeper Chrissy Dolan was named Co-Big East Goalkeeper of the Week in recognition of her two shutouts last week against the likes of Lehigh and La Salle.

On Wednesday, Sept. 4, Dolan saved one shot in a 2-0 shutout win at Lehigh. Dolan played all 198 minutes for the Wildcats recording two shutouts. Two days later against La Salle on Sept. 6, she saved a game-high seven shots in a 1-0 double overtime win. For the week, Dolan was 2-0 with eight saved in 198 scoreless minutes in goal.

With her two shutouts last week, Dolan now has eight for her career. She also owns an unblemished her record in goal at 8-0-2.
