NEW YORK, N.Y. -

Freshman Stefan Suarez was recognized by the BIG EAST for his notable performance this past week as announced by the conference this afternoon.

Suarez helped the Wildcats to a 5-2 win over Delaware. He combined with Mike Czlonka in the doubles matches to clinch the doubles point. He also won his singles match while rallying 6-4, 6-7 (0-7) in the No. 2 singles spot.

The Wildcats were supposed to play at Lehigh today, but have rescheduled because of facility issues. They will now play at Rider on Friday for a noon start time.
