CINCINNATI, Ohio-- Villanova continued their BIG EAST road trip on Saturday afternoon as they traveled to Xavier. The Wildcats weren't able to edge the Musketeers as they fell, 7-0.

In singles, Stefan Suarez competed in the No. 1 spot as he had a hard-fought battle but couldn't come up with the victory (6-3, 6-4). Competing in the N0. 3 spot was Dylan Flanagan who had a strong showing but lost, 7-6(5) & 6-2. Alastair Hurry continued to compete in the No. 6 spot but was edged 6-3 & 7-5.

Competing in the No. 1 in doubles, Tommy Dodson and Tyler Roth were edged by Araujo/Dykema, 6-3. Will Elmore and Saurex competed in the No. 2 spot as they too couldn't come up with the win and dropped the match 6-3. Mike Czlonka and Tommy Mulflur were winning their match but did not finish as Xavier had already clinched the doubles point.

Next, the Wildcats will return home to take on Bucknell. Action is set for Mar. 27.
