Malvern, Pa – Villanova Golf wraps up the first round of the three round Wildcat Fall Invitational. The Cats currently sit in seventh after shooting a combined +21 as a team.
 
The Wildcats are led by Connor Daly who shot even on the back nine and finished +3 overall. Mark Benevento and Matt Davis each shot +5 in round one. Reb Banas finished with a score of +8 and Jack O'Hara finished at +13.
 
In the Individual Tournament Danny Dougherty finished with a score of +9 and Connor Downey finished at +10.
 
Appalachian State currently leads the 7-team field with a score of +1. Delaware currently sits in second place four strokes behind with a +5. Georgetown, St. John's, Seton Hall, VCU, and Villanova follow the Blue Hens.
 
Logan McNeely of Appalachian State currently leads the field with a score of -2. Ross Moore of St. John's sits just behind him finishing at -1.
 
The first tee times will begin at 11:00 A.M. tomorrow morning. Pairings and specific times will be available via BirdieFire upon release.
