New York, N.Y.- Villanova's Hensley Hancuff and Kristin Barbour earned BIG EAST Weekly Honors after helping lead the Wildcats to a 1-1 record over the weekend. 

Hancuff earned BIG EAST Freshman of the Week honors after totaling nine saves and a .900 save percentage. The rookie made eight saves in Villanova's narrow 1-0 setback to Clemson on Friday before denying the lone shot faced in a 1-0 win at Brown on Sunday.

Barbour was named to the Weekly Honor Roll after playing an instrumental role on both sides of the ball for the Wildcats last week. The defense allowed just one goal in a 1-1 week while Barbour dished the assist on Jasmine Ruiz's 93rd-minute golden goal Sunday at Brown.

The Wildcats will return to action Friday against Virginia Tech at Talen Energy Stadium.  Game time is set for 5:00 P.M.
