Callawassie Island-After day two of the BIG EAST Championship, Villanova Golf sits in ninth.
 
Mark Benevento continues to lead the way shooting a -1 and now sits with a total score of even and sits alone in second place just two strokes back of first. Connor Daly finished the day with a score of +5 and is now at +11 overall, while Reb Banas and Matt Davis both finished at +11 and +18 overall, and Danny Dougherty finished the day at +12 on the day.
 
Marquette sits at +15 and in first place while DePaul (+21), Creighton (+23), Butler (+30), Seton Hall (+32), Xavier (+33), Georgetown (+37), St. John's (+46), and Villanova (+47) all look to catch up in day three.
 
Charlie Spencer White of DePaul has a score of -2 with Benevento just behind him.
