Malvern, Pa. – Golf has finished up the Wildcat Spring Invitational tied for 15
th place.
Drexel won the tournament for the second year in a row and had a score of -17. Trailing the Dragons were Akron (-8), Cleveland State and Delaware (-7), Lafayette (-1), Colgate (+2), Rhode Island (+6), Monmouth (+10), Binghamton (+12), Iona and Saint Peter's (+13), Siena (+15), Lehigh (+16), La Salle (+17), Villanova and St. John's (+21), Bucknell (+22), St. Bonaventure (+27), Fordham (+28), and Wagner (+59).
Connor Daly finished the tournament with an even score and finished tied for 21
st place. Following Daly was
Reb Banas who wrapped up the tournament +6,
Mark Benevento finished +7,
Matt Davis finished +8, and
Danny Dougherty ended the tournament at +9.
Jack O'Hara finished the individual tournament with a score of +19.
Connor Schmidt of Drexel won medalist honors finishing with a score of -11. Matt Pulgini of Delaware finished in second at -8.
The Wildcats will wrap up their regular season with the Explorer Invitational next Monday in Glenside, Pa.
