Villanova, Pa-.  In the final 20 seconds after the La Salle Explorers called timeout junior Libby McKenna was able to pick off a cross pass from the Explorers offense and bring the ball down the field.  Once she cleared the ball, she dished it to senior attack Brittany Bruno who was able to get a low shot to go through the legs of the La Salle keeper and give the Wildcats a 11-10 win.

The Wildcats came out strong netting the first three goals in the opening five minutes.  Bruno set up Katie Comerford for the first, then Comerford herself would set up Alexa Tsahalis and McKenna to go up 3-0.  La Salle called time out and then went of a four-goal run of their own.  Bridget Ruskey, who finished with a game high five goals, scored their first on a free position.  Next Allison Hunter scored a free position and then an unassisted goal to tie the game at three.  Ruskey dished it to Emily Johnston to give La Salle their first lead at the 10:46 mark of the first half.

Comerford dished it to Bruno to tie the game at four, La Salle answered with a goal by Gabby Burton at the 2:10 mark to go up one but the Wildcats would score right before the half.  It was McKenna who would find the back of the net at the 40 second mark to tie the game at five at halftime.
