New York, N.Y.- After opening BIG EAST action with a 2-0 win at Seton Hall the Villanova Wildcats have earned two conference weekly honors.  Graduate student Megan McClay was named BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week and Lauren Ashman earned a spot on the Weekly Honor Roll.

McClay picked up the win in goal on Sunday during a shutout win at Seton Hall.  During the 2-0 victory the graduate student had six saves and currently ranks second in the league in both save percentage (.818) and saves per game (4.50) on the season.

Ashman finished with three points during the 2-0-win Sunday against Seton Hall.  On the Wildcats first goal Ashman picked up an assist in the 10^th minute and on the second goal in the 56^th minute Ashman connected to score. 

Villanova will return home Thursday to host Xavier at 2:00 P.M.
