Men's Tennis Reveals 2026 Spring Schedule

VILLANOVA, Pa. – Villanova Men's Tennis has released its schedule for the 2026 spring season, featuring a strong series of regional matchups, a competitive West Coast trip, and a full slate of BIG EAST contests leading into the conference championships.

The Wildcats will open the season on the road on January 30, playing Delaware at DelCastle. The following day, Villanova will make the short trip into Philadelphia to take on Drexel (Jan. 31).

In early February, Villanova will play back-to-back matches at the Bryn Mawr Racquet Club, beginning with Howard on February 6 at 7:00 p.m. before facing Wagner on February 7 at 6:30 p.m. The Wildcats then hit the road for a challenging weekend, traveling to Annapolis to take on Navy on February 14 and heading to Northern Virginia the next day to face George Mason (Feb. 15).

Villanova returns to the region on February 21, meeting Colgate at the Cherry Hill Racquet Club. Shortly after, the team will head to the West Coast beginning February 26, where the Wildcats will compete against UC San Diego in La Jolla before participating in the prestigious Pacific Coast Doubles Championship (Feb. 26–March 1) at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. The Wildcats will conclude their California weekend by facing Ball State on March 1, followed by a road match at UC Irvine on March 3.

The team returns home on March 8 to host Coppin State at Bryn Mawr before beginning BIG EAST play with a neutral-site match against Creighton at Saint John's on March 12. Villanova will then host Loyola (Md.) on March 14 and Marquette (March 21) in a pair of home contests.

A three-match road stretch awaits the Wildcats, beginning with Lafayette on March 25, followed by Bucknell on March 29 and Saint Joseph's on March 31. Villanova will round out the early April road swing with a trip to Rider on April 1.

The Wildcats return home for key BIG EAST matchups against DePaul on April 4, Saint John's on April 7, and Lehigh on April 8, before closing the regular season on the road at Georgetown on April 11.

Villanova will then set its sights on postseason play, traveling to Cayce, S.C., for the BIG EAST Conference Championships from April 17–19, where the Wildcats will compete for a conference title.
