RICHMOND, Va. – Villanova Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving was recognized as Scholar All-America teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for the Fall 2024 semester. This latest achievement marks the 19
th consecutive semester that both teams have made their way on the ledger.
The CSCAA selected 781 teams from 459 institutions for the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. These teams, comprising 19,209 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements. To earn this prestigious recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. Of the selected teams, an impressive 654 recorded a GPA of 3.30 or higher, qualifying them for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.
The Wildcat women checked in with a 3.7 GPA and the men clocked in with a 3.55 GPA.
