Pamer Named to All-BIG EAST Second Team

This is the second time that the junior earned a nod to the team

NEW YORK – For his standout junior season, Ryan Pamer has been named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team for the second time in his career, the conference announced Tuesday.

He also earned this nod as a freshman in 2022-23 after one of the best freshman seasons in program history.

His career 72.7 stroke average ranks second in team history, just behind Peter Weaver at 72.46.

Pamer notched two wins, four top 10 finishes, and ended events in the top 20 seven times out of his 11 events.

Both of the junior's victories came in the fall semester, as he took first in the Alex Lagowitz Memorial hosted by Colgate University and the BIG 5 Championship. He tied the program record with two individual wins in a season.

He now has 15 top 10 career finishes and has placed within the top 20 in 29 of his 33 career events.

Pamer carried a streak of 13 consecutive top 20 placements into the first half of the fall season, which he had begun the previous year.

He finished ranked 636th nationally, recording the 15th best season according to national rating in team history.

Pamer's season-low round of 66 at the Colgate event led the team and matched his career-low round set as a freshman.
