NORMAN, Okla. – Villanova was named as a 2025-26 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award recipient, the GCAA announced Wednesday afternoon. 

This marks the seventh straight year the 'Cats recieved Presidents Special Recognition, dating back to the 2020 season. They have been a GCAA All-Academic Team six times prior, spanning from 2014 to 2019.

Villanova was one of 155 schools to receive the Presidents Special Recognition for having an average team GPA of 3.5 or above in 2025-26.
