Qualified for the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Trails in both the shot put and the discus in June 2021 … Tallied a fifth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 13.24 meters and came in sixth in the discus with a throw of 41.26 meters while representing Brantford Track and Field Club at the national championships.
2022: Recorded three of the 10 longest throws in the Villanova record book in the weight throw during the season … Surged to third place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the weight throw with her efforts during the season … Competed five times in the weight throw and four times in the shot put during the year, including both events at the BIG EAST Championships;
Penn 10-Team Select (1/15): Runner-up in the weight throw with a mark of 16.46 meters at the indoor season opener;
Villanova Invitational (1/22): Came in fourth in the shot put with a distance of 13.38 meters and was fifth in the weight throw with a mark of 16.55 meters at the Wildcats home meet in Staten Island;
Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite Meet (2/4-2/5): Registered marks of 13.48 meters in the shot put and 15.71 meters in the weight throw;
Rutgers Open (2/11-2/12): Finished fourth in the championship section of the shot put (14.17m) and was seventh in the college section of the weight throw (16.01m);
BIG EAST Championships (2/25-2/26): Came in ninth in the weight throw with a personal best mark of 16.65 meters … The distance is the sixth-longest in school history … Also came in 16
th in the shot put with a measurement of 11.13 meters.
2021: Competed in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Villanova home meet in Staten Island;
Villanova Indoor Meet (3/5): Made her debut for the Wildcats in the team's home meet where she placed third in the weight throw and fourth in the shot put ... Registered a mark of 15.48 meters in the weight throw and threw for a distance of 12.74 meters in the shot put.
2020: Dartmouth: Competed at nine meets during the season … Finished eighth in the weight throw at the Heptagonal Championships … Registered personal best marks in both the weight throw and the shot put during the season;
Crimson Opener (12/7): Placed ninth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.33 meters and finished 11
th in the shot put with a distance of 11.35 meters at Harvard in the first meet of the season;
vs. Maine and Vermont (12/13-12/14): Posted marks of 15.18 meters in the weight throw and 12.07 meters in the shot put in a home tri-meet;
Dartmouth Relays (1/10): Came in fourth in the shot put (12.35m) and fifth in the weight throw (14.71m) at the Big Green home event;
vs. Columbia and Yale (1/18): In a tri-meet against Ivy League foes was the runner-up in the weight throw (15.98m) and came in fourth in the shot put with a distance of 12.79 meters;
vs. Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont (1/25): Recorded measurements of 12.25 meters in the shot put and 14.85 meters in the weight throw;
New England Championship (1/31-2/1): Recorded a distance of 12.53 meters in the shot put and had a mark of 14.86 meters in the weight throw;
vs. Massachusetts, Williams and Vermont (2/8): Established a new personal best in the weight throw with a mark of 16.06 meters … Broke 16 meters for the first time in her career and tallied a third place finish at the meet … Also came in fourth in the shot put with a mark of 12.49 meters;
Giegengack Invitational (2/15): Runner-up in the shot put at Yale with a personal best mark of 13.14 meters … Also came in third in the weight throw with a mark of 15.83 meters in her final meet before the Ivy League Championships;
Heptagonal Championship (2/29-3/1): Tallied a career best eighth place finish in the weight throw with a throw of 16.00 meters at the conference championships … Also recorded a mark of 12.74 meters in the shot put to finish in 17
th place.
2019: Dartmouth: Competed three times in the weight throw and once in the shot put during the season;
Dartmouth Relays (1/13): Recorded marks of 13.92 meters in the weight throw and 11.30 meters in the shot put in her first competition of the season;
vs. Columbia and Yale (1/18): Placed third in the weight throw with a measurement of 13.73 meters in a tri-meet against Ivy League opponents;
vs. Maine and Vermont (1/26): Came in fourth in the weight throw with a mark of 13.60 meters.
2018: Dartmouth: Appeared at eight meets during the season while making her collegiate track & field debut;
BU Season Opener (12/2): Recorded marks of 11.91 meters in the weight throw and 11.64 meters in the shot put at Boston University in the indoor season opener;
vs. Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont (12/9): Came in fifth in the shot put with a mark of 11.42 meters and recorded a mark of 12.40 meters in the weight throw;
Dartmouth Relays (1/7): Recorded a mark of 11.45 meters in the shot put at the Dartmouth home meet;
vs. Brown, Maine and Vermont (1/13): Came in fourth in the shot put (11.63m) and sixth in the weight throw (13.86m);
vs. Columbia and Yale (1/20): Posted a fifth place finish in the shot put (11.30m) and a sixth place showing in the weight throw (12.38m) in a meet against Ivy League foes;
at New Hampshire (1/27): Came in third in the shot put (12.08m) and eighth in the weight throw (12.59m);

2022: Became the third Villanova woman to be the BIG EAST champion in the discus and joined former teammate Grayce French to give the Wildcats consecutive conference champions in the event … Scored in both the discus and the shot put at the BIG EAST meet;
Penn Challenge (3/19): Finished fourth in the shot put with a throw of 12.67 meters and came in fifth in the discus with a mark of 43.02 meters at the first meet of the outdoor season;
Florida Relays (4/2): Posted a mark of 12.44 meters in the shot put;
Larry Ellis Invitational (4/16): Finished eighth in the discus (44.25m) and 12
th in the shot put (12.52m) at Princeton;
Virginia Challenge (4/22-4/23): Runner-up in the discus with a throw of 48.29 meters and also registered a distance of 13.01 meters in the shot put;
Penn Relays (4/29): Competed in the college sections of both the discus and the shot put … Finished fourth in her section of the discus (49.63m) and was 14
th in the shot put (13.19m);
BIG EAST Championships (5/14): Won the BIG EAST title in the discus with personal best throw of 50.56 meters … The mark is the fifth-longest in school history and solidified her spot in second place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the discus … Joined Sarah Hunt (1998, 2000) as the only Villanova women to be two-time All-BIG EAST performers in the discus … Scored in the shot put with a seventh place finish and a season best throw of 13.44 meters.
2021: Earned her first career all-conference honor with a third place finish in the discus at the BIG EAST Championships … Recorded personal best marks in the shot put, the discus and the hammer … Moved up to fourth in school history in the shot put as well as fifth in both the hammer and the discus during the year … Competed at seven meets during the season;
Villanova Opener (3/19): Came in second in both the discus and the hammer in the Wildcats home meet to open the outdoor season … Her marks for the day included 43.82 meters in the discus and 44.96 meters in the hammer;
Raleigh Relays (3/26): Recorded a mark of 43.44 meters in the discus at North Carolina State;
Philadelphia Big 5 Meet (4/3): Registered a personal best mark of 47.47 meters in the hammer and tallied a runner-up finish in the local meet … The mark put her into fifth place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the hammer … Also came in third in both the shot put (13.27m) and the discus (46.15m) at the meet;
Virginia Challenge (4/17): Registered throws of 13.37 meters in the shot put and 43.90 meters in the discus;
Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational (4/24): Came in fifth in the discus with a then-personal best throw of 46.23 meters and finished sixth in the shot put with a mark of 13.02 meters while competing at Franklin Field during the traditional weekend of the Penn Relays;
Penn Twilight (5/1): Notched first place finishes in both the shot put and the discus in addition to finishing third in the hammer … Her mark of 14.23 meters in the shot put was a lifetime best and moved her into fourth place on the Wildcats all-time performance list … It is also the eight-best outdoor mark in the Villanova record book … Won the discus with a throw of 45.83 meters and threw for a distance of 46.15 meters in the hammer;
BIG EAST Championships (5/15): Placed third in the discus with a personal best mark of 46.67 meters at the conference championships … Earned All-BIG EAST honors with the third place finish and moved into fifth place on the all-time Villanova performance list in the discus … Also finished 11
th in the shot put with a mark of 11.92 meters … Her team points in the discus helped the Wildcats win the BIG EAST team title for the third consecutive outdoor season.
2019: Dartmouth: Appeared at five meets, throwing both the discus and the hammer during the year … Set a personal best mark in the discus in a meet at Northeastern and competed in the event at the Heptagonal Championships;
Minutemen Invitational (4/6): Recorded a mark of 33.06 meters in the discus in her first competition of the outdoor season;
vs. Hartford, UMass-Lowell and Vermont (4/12): Came in sixth in both the discus (35.73m) and the hammer (37.47m) in a home quad meet;
Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational (4/20): Tallied a personal best mark of 37.10 meters in the discus to notch a seventh place finish at the Northeastern meet;
UNH Pre-Conference Invitational (4/27): Came in eighth in the discus with a mark of 35.25 meters;
Heptagonal Championships (5/5): Recorded a mark of 35.03 meters in the discus and tallied a 14
th place finish in her first conference meet.
2018: Dartmouth: Competed at three meets during the season and threw the shot put, hammer and discus … Tallied a personal best mark in the hammer during the season;
vs. Hartford, UMass-Lowell and Vermont (4/13): Placed seventh in both the hammer and the discus, as well as eighth in the shot put at a home quad meet … Her marks for the day included 34.52 meters in the discus, 37.46 meters in the hammer and 10.85 meters in the shot put;
George Davis Invitational (4/21): Came in seventh in the shot put with a mark of 11.81 meters at UMass-Lowell … Tallied a personal best mark of 40.11 meters in the hammer and also registered a distance of 31.69 meters in the discus;
UMass Pre-Conference Invitational (4/28): Came in 11
th in the shot put with a distance of 11.37 meters and placed 13th in the discus with a mark of 33.68 meters.
Club Basketball: Played for the Tri-County Thunder and was a two-time provincial champion in 2013 and 2015 … Won a national championship playing for Team Ontario in 2015 … Two-time member of the Provincial All-Star Team in 2015 and 2016, and was the Provincial MVP in 2015 … Named a top-19 player under the age of 19 in Canada in 2015.
Woodland Christian High School: Earned a total of 10 varsity letters during her scholastic career, including four each in basketball as a forward and volleyball as a middle hitter … Also earned two letters in badminton … Two-time District 8 All-Star and two-time team MVP in basketball … Four-year team captain from 2013-16 … Helped team capture two CWOSSA regional championships … Averaged 22 points and 15 rebounds while twice reaching her career high of 34 points in a game … Named to the Molten Canada All-Academic Team in 2016 … Winner of the Government of Canada Leadership Award in 2013 … Earned District 8 Academic All-Star recognition four straight years from 2013-16.
