Veteran member of the Villanova sprint group who is a four-time All-BIG EAST performer as part of 4x400 meter relay teams ... Anchored the Wildcats to bronze medals in the 4x400 relay at the outdoor BIG EAST Championships in both 2023 and 2024 ... Two-time individual conference scorer in the 400 meters and placed as high as fourth in the final of the event at the 2023 outdoor BIG EAST meet ... Has achieved success in both the 200 meters and the 400 meters during his collegiate career ... Three-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team ... NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Represented the Cayman Islands at the CARIFTA Games in 2019.
 

BEFORE VILLANOVA

The Lawrenceville School: During his scholastic career was a six-time all-county, 12-time all-prep and two-time all-state performer in track & field … Six-time New Balance Nationals qualifier … Garnered all-prep honors in the 200 meters and the 400 meters individually, as well as in the 4x100 meter relay and the 4x400 meter relay … Was an all-county performer in the 300 meters, the 400 meters and the 500 meters … Earned all-state honors in both the 400 meters and the 500 meters as a senior in 2020 … Two-time Penn Relays champion in the 4x400 meter relay in the high school prep division … Named the Times of Trenton Track Athlete of the Year in 2019 and 2020 … High school PRs included times of 35.09 in the 300 meters, 48.82 in the 400 meters and 1:03.68 in the 500 meters … Broke a 48-year school record in the 400 meters and is also a school record holder in the 300 meters, the 500 meters and the sprint medley relay … Played two seasons of varsity soccer and was a goalkeeper his junior and senior years … Previously played center field on the baseball team as a freshman … Named to the Dean’s List academically for the spring 2019 and fall 2020 grading periods, as well as to the Honors List in the winter 2020 and spring 2020 terms.
