CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

Came to Villanova as a graduate transfer in the throwing events for the 2021-22 academic year … In just one year with the Wildcats set four school records … Established new Villanova standards in the weight throw and the hammer as well as the shot put both indoors and outdoors … Became the first Wildcats thrower to be named the Outstanding Field Performer at the BIG EAST Championships when she earned the honor at the 2022 indoor conference meet … Won BIG EAST titles in the shot put both indoors and outdoors in 2022 … Earned a total of four All-BIG EAST honors, including becoming the first Villanova athlete to be an all-conference performer in the weight throw … At the end of the 2022 season held the top four marks in school history in the weight throw, the three longest throws in the Wildcats record book in the shot put and had five of the 10 furthest marks in the hammer … Competed at Jacksonville during her undergraduate career and was the Atlantic Sun Field Athlete of the Year outdoors as a freshman … Owned 10 career top-three ASUN finishes … Two-time qualifier for the NCAA East Preliminary meet, including the 2021 season at Jacksonville and the 2022 campaign at Villanova … Selected as the 2021-22 winner of the BIG EAST Scholar-Athlete Sport Excellence Award for women’s indoor track & field … Named to the 2021-22 BIG EAST All-Academic Team and was a member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for both the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters … Three-time selection to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team (twice at Jacksonville, once at Villanova) … Prior to coming to the Main Line was the ASUN Female Student-Athlete of the Year in 2020-21 and a five-time member of the ASUN All-Academic Team … Winner of the Jacksonville Athletics Brady Award and the Team’s Choice Award.

2022 (Villanova): Broke a school record in the weight throw which had stood for nearly 20 years in her Villanova debut, then shattered her own mark with the currently standing record one week later … Set the school record in the shot put in her third competition wearing a Wildcats singlet … BIG EAST champion in the shot put and the conference runner-up in the weight throw; Penn 10-Team Select (1/15): Tallied first place finishes in both the weight throw and the shot put in her Villanova debut … Her throw of 17.98 meters in the weight throw broke the standing school record of 16.76 meters which Melinda Boykin set on February 16, 2002 at the BIG EAST Championships … Produced a winning throw of 14.76 meters in the shot put; Villanova Invitational (1/22): Recorded a lifetime best mark of 20.88 meters in the weight throw to extend the school record she had set just one week earlier … Came in first in both the shot put (14.18m) and the weight throw for the second straight meet; Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite Meet (2/5): Broke a school record for the third straight meet to begin her Villanova career … Came in seventh in the shot put with a mark of 15.50 meters to establish a mark which stands as the Wildcats overall and indoor school records; Rutgers Open (2/11-2/12): Runner-up in the championship section of the weight throw (19.13m) and finished third in the championship section of the shot put (14.53m) at The Armory; BIG EAST Championships (2/25-2/26): Came in second in the weight throw with a mark of 19.30 meters to become the first woman in school history to make the awards podium and earn All-BIG EAST honors in the event … Followed up that performance by winning the BIG EAST title in the shot put one day later … Had a winning throw of 15.07 meters and became Villanova’s first BIG EAST shot put champion since 1985 … Named the Outstanding Field Performer at the meet to become the Wildcats first thrower to win the award either indoors or outdoors.

2020 (Jacksonville): Threw both the shot put and the weight at four meets during the year; Crimson Elite (1/31): Opened the season at Harvard where she was the winner of both the shot put and the weight throw with marks of 14.44 meters and 20.22 meters, respectively; Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite (2/1): Came in third in the weight throw (17.67m) and fourth in the shot put (13.86m); South Carolina Invitational (2/8): Runner-up in the weight throw with a distance of 19.86 meters and finished sixth in the shot put with a mark of 14.44 meters; USC Indoor Open (2/22): Set the existing school record in the shot put and came in first with a winning mark of 20.67 meters at South Carolina … Came in second in the shot put and set the indoor school record with a throw of 15.09 meters.
 
2019 (Jacksonville): Appeared at four meets during the season and tallied top-three finishes in both the shot put and the weight throw at the conference championships; UAB Blazer Invite (1/11): Recorded mark of 13.79 meters in the shot put and 17.11 meters in the weight throw in her first competition of the season; UAB Vulcan Invite (1/12): Competed at UAB for the second straight day and was the runner-up in the weight throw with a mark of 17.73 meters while coming in fourth in the shot put with a threw of 14.38 meters; Crimson Elite (2/1): Finished first in the weight throw with a then-season best distance of 18.94 meters and also placed third in the shot put with a mark of 14.03 meters; Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite (2/2): Came in second in the shot put (14.10m) at Boston University; ASUN Championships (2/22-2/23): Notched season-best marks in and made the awards podium in both the shot put and the weight throw … Runner-up in the weight throw with a measured distance of 19.16 meters and came in third in the shot put with a mark of 14.52 meters.
 
2018 (Jacksonville): Competed four times each in the shot put and the weight throw during her first collegiate season … Scored in both events at the ASUN Championships; Wake Forest Invitational (1/21): Tallied a first place finish in the shot put with a mark of 13.85 meters in her collegiate debut; Crimson Elite (2/2): Finished first in the shot put with a season-best mark of 14.29 meters and finished fourth in the weight throw with a distance of 17.07 meters in a meet at Harvard; Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite (2/3): Competing for the second time in as many days, finished third in the shot put (14.06m) and sixth in the weight throw (16.00m) at Boston University; ASUN Championships (2/16-2/17): Runner-up in the shot put (13.45m) and came in fifth in the weight throw (16.29m) at the conference championships … Scored a total of 10 team points as Jacksonville won the team title indoors for the 12th time.
 
OUTDOOR

2022 (Villanova): Set a school record in the hammer at the Texas Relays in March and then broke her own record two more times during the season … Added an outdoor school record in the shot put to her season ledger … BIG EAST champion in the shot put and the conference runner-up in the hammer … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary meet; Penn Challenge (3/19): Finished first in the shot put with a mark of 14.74 meters and was fourth in the hammer with a throw of 52.20 meters at the outdoor season opener; Texas Relays (3/24): Came in 10th in the hammer with a school record performance of 55.60 meters … Broke the mark of 55.13 meters which had stood since being set by Melinda Boykin on May 13, 2001; Florida Relays (4/1): Set a school record in the hammer for the second straight week and came in 11th at the meet with a distance of 59.38 meters; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/16): Came in fifth in the shot put (14.42m) at Princeton; Virginia Challenge (4/21, 4/23): Placed 12th in the shot put (14.59m) and 16th in the hammer (52.91m); Penn Relays (4/28, 4/30): Was selected for the championship sections of both the shot put and the hammer … Tallied a 12th place finish in the shot put with a throw of 14.09 meters and came in 13th in the hammer with a mark of 49.83 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/13-5/14): Set her third school record of the season in the hammer with a throw of 59.58 meters and broke the outdoor school record in the shot put with a mark of 15.26 meters … BIG EAST champion in the shot put and finished second in the hammer … Along with teammate Emily Galvin became the Wildcats first all-conference performers in the hammer since 2002 … As was the case during the indoor season was Villanova’s first shot put champion since 1985; NCAA East Preliminary (5/26): Recorded a mark of 53.16 meters in the national first round of the hammer in her second straight appearance at the East regional meet.

2021 (Jacksonville): After not competing for more than a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic returned to action with a flourish and qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary for the first time in her career … Set school records in both the shot put and the hammer during the season … Runner-up in the shot put at the ASUN Championships; Black and Gold Invitational (3/20): Opened the year at UCF and was the winner in the shot put with a throw of 15.29 meters; South Florida Invitational (4/3): Broke the school record in the hammer with a mark of 60.37 meters at USF … Came in second in the event and was also the winner of the shot put for her second straight outing with a distance of 15.27 meters; Tom Jones Memorial (4/17): Tallied ninth place finishes at Florida in both the shot put (15.41m) and the hammer (55.84m); UNF Invite (4/29-4/30): Runner-up in the shot put with a mark of 15.86 meters and came in third in the hammer with a measured distance of 56.74 meters; ASUN Championships (5/14): Runner-up in the shot put (15.84m) at the conference championships; NCAA East Preliminary (5/27): Came in 17th in the shot put with a school-record performance of 16.05 meters and also threw the hammer for a distance of 53.27 meters in her first career appearance in the East preliminary meet which serves as the early rounds of the NCAA Championships.
 
2019 (Jacksonville): Competed five times during the season and scored in the shot put, the discus and the hammer at the ASUN Championships; Spring Break Invitational (3/22): Opened the season with a first place finish in the shot put to go along with a fourth place finish in the hammer and a sixth place showing in the discus … Her marks for the day included throws of 14.95 meters in the shot put, 52.45 meters in the hammer and 42.87 meters in the discus; Florida Relays (3/29-3/30): Recorded season-best marks in both the shot put and the hammer at Florida … Measured a distance of 53.89 meters in the hammer on the first day of the meet and threw for a distance of 15.11 meters in the shot put the next day; North Florida Invitational (4/5): Came in third in both the shot put (14.25m) and the hammer (51.26m) in addition to posting an eighth place finish in the discus (41.51m); Tom Jones Memorial (4/27): Registered a third place finish in the hammer (51.26m) in a meet at Florida; ASUN Championships (5/10-5/11): Came in third in the shot put (14.24m) and sixth in the hammer (51.75m) on the first day of the conference meet … Scored in her third event of the meet on the final day when she placed third in the discus with a throw of 42.83 meters.
 
2018 (Jacksonville): Named the Atlantic Sun Field Athlete of the Year after finishing in the top three of the shot put, the discus and the hammer at the conference championships … Had a successful freshman outdoor season and competed at a total of six meets; UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/23): Started the season off by posting marks of 13.59 meters in the shot put, 36.21 meters in the discus and 49.27 meters in the hammer; Florida Relays (3/31): Recorded a distance of 13.50 meters in the shot put while facing strong competition at Florida; Spikes Classic (4/7): Finished third in both the discus (37.84m) and the hammer (47.42m) in a meet at Embry-Riddle; Tom Jones Memorial (4/13): Recorded throws of 14.11 meters in the shot put and 38.89 meters in the discus; North Florida Invite (4/27): Competed in three events at a meet for the first time during the season … Came in fifth in the shot put (14.25m), seventh in the discus (40.74m) and 10th in the hammer (45.38m) in her final tune-up before the ASUN meet; ASUN Championships (5/11-5/12): Silver medalist in both the shot put and the hammer on the first day of the conference championships … Threw for a distance of 14.35 meters in the shot put and had a mark of 53.73 meters in the hammer … On the final day of the meet came in third in the discus with a throw of 39.43 meters … Her efforts at the meet earned her the ASUN Field Athlete of the Year in an announcement made the week after the championships.

Jacksonville: Five-time member of the Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team during her undergraduate career … As a senior was the winner of the Jacksonville Athletics Brady Award and also earned the Jacksonville Athletics Team’s Choice Award … Selected as the Atlantic Sun Conference Female Student-Athlete of the Year as a senior and was the league’s Field Athlete of the Year outdoors as a freshman.
 
North Babylon High School: Three-time all-state and four-time all-county performer in high school … As a senior was the New York state champion outdoors in the shot put (13.81m) and the state runner-up indoors … Qualified for the New Balance Nationals as a senior in both the shot put and the weight throw … Earned all-state honors in the shot put both indoors and outdoors as a senior, as well as indoors in the weight throw … Three-time state qualifier in the discus and the shot put … Named her school’s Most Outstanding Athlete and helped her team win League III titles outdoors as both a freshman and a sophomore in addition to a runner-up finish her junior year … Two-year team captain as a junior and a senior, as well as the team MVP both indoors and outdoors as a senior … Additional highlights from her senior season include being the Suffolk County outdoor champion and the Long Island indoor champion in the shot put … Two-time All-Suffolk County performer indoors in the shot put as a junior and a senior, as well as outdoors her junior year … Named a third team All-Long Island selection in the shot put as a junior … Earned second team All-Suffolk County honors in the weight throw as a senior … School record holder in the hammer and the weight … Two-time division champion in the shot put and the discus her junior and senior years … Winner of the Coaches Award … Earned All-County Academic honors for both the indoor and outdoor seasons … Achieved High Honor Roll status academically all four years of high school and was inducted to the National Honor Society … Won the Renaissance Award for Academic Excellence … Named a 2016 Wendy’s Heisman Scholar-Athlete School Winner … Presented with the 2015 PTSA Outstanding Excellence Award in Music Composition … Vice President of her class and the Student Government secretary … Was a core leader in the Spoken Word Club and a section leader in the Select Choir … Peer tutor from her sophomore through senior years.
