2021-22: Competed in all 10 regular season events before heading to the BIG EAST Championships and the CSCAA National Invitational Championship … Collected three more conference championships in relay action and added on five All-BIG EAST performances … Recorded Villanova’s fastest time in the 50 Breast, 100 Breast on the season … Posted five personal best times throughout the season;

Pittsburgh (1/20): Was second leg for the 400 Free Relay team that won in 3:27.34 … Also swam second for the 200 Medley Relay crew that finished third (1:47.09) … Finished third in both of her individual swims, posting a 23.99 in the 50 Free and a 2:24.35 in the 200 Breast;
Rutgers (1/17): Collected runner-up finishes in both the 50 Free (23.99) and 200 Breast (2:23.18) … Anchored the “B” team to a fourth-place finish in the 400 Free Relay at 3:42.98;
Richmond (1/14): Won the 100 Breast in 1:06.12 while also swimming the second leg for the “A” team that won the 200 Medley Relay in 1:45.56 … Finished third in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:24.21;
La Salle (11/22): Won the 50 Breast in 30.27 … Swam runner-up in both the 50 Free (24.40) and 100 Breast (1:06.73) … Part of the winning 200 Medley Relay team that finished in 1:48.74;
WVU Invitational (11/18-11/20): Five top-five showings on the week … Finished fourth in the 100 Breast at 1:04.11 … Part of runner-up relay teams in the 200 Free (1:32.69) and 200 Medley (1:42.90);
Penn (11/10): Finished fifth in the 100 Breast (1:06.94) and 200 Breast (2:29.32) … Opening leg of the winning 400 Free Relay team that touched the wall in 3:35.11 … Helped the 200 Medley Relay team to a second-place 1:44.03 finish;
Georgetown (10/30): Part of winning relays in the 200 Medley (1:45.43) and 400 Free (3:33.86) … Swam a runner-up time of 1:06.60 in the 100 Breast;
UCONN (10/16): Part of the 400 Free Relay team that touched the wall first with a 3:31.16 time … Was the second leg for the third-place 200 Medley Relay team that finished in 1:47.19 … Finished fourth in the 100 Breast in 1:07.21.
2020-21: Swam on two champion relay teams at the BIG EAST Championships and tallied three individual top-eight finishes at the conference meet … Recorded personal best times in four different events during a strong season of competition … Competed at all four of the team’s regular season dual meets prior to the BIG EAST Championships;
BIG EAST Championships (4/7-4/10): On the first night of the conference championships anchored the 200 medley relay squad which tied for a first place finish with a time of 1:41.74 … One night later sawm the second leg of the 200 free relay which Villanova won in 1:32.49 … Reached the championship final of all three of her individual events and established new personal bests in all three races … Her top finish was fourth place in the 50 free with a PR of 23.40 in the final … She moved up three spots from the prelims when she was seventh overall in 23.76 … Came in fifth in both the prelims (1:04.42) and the final (PR of 1:04.12) of the 100 breast … Placed seventh in the 200 breast with a PR of 2:21.23 after finishing eighth overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 2:22.45;
Delaware (2/13): Came in fourth in the 50 free (24.85) and fifth in the 100 free (55.05) in the season opener … Sawm the second leg of the 400 free relay which Villanova won in 3:31.28 … Anchored the “B” lineup in the 200 medley relay on a team that placed third in 1:50.25;
Drexel (3/3): Finished fourth in the 100 breast (1:07.42) and fifth in the 100 free (54.15) in a home meet versus the Dragons … Swam the breaststroke leg of the 200 medley relay in the Wildcats “B” lineup for a squad that came in second with a time of 1:50.42;
Seton Hall (3/7): Registered a personal best time of 1:59.80 and came in third in the 200 free … Runner-up in the 200 breast in 2:28.66 … Anchored the 200 medley relay squad to a first place finish with a winning time of 1:47.39 and led off the 400 free relay with a 100 free split of 54.90 for a team that won the race in 3:34.81;
Loyola Md. (3/13): Came in fourth in the 100 breast (1:07.60) and fifth in the 200 breast (2:27.10) … Anchored the 400 medley relay and led off the 400 free relay for teams which posted first place finishes … Had a 100 free split of 54.02 on the 400 free relay which Villanova won in 3:39.07 … The 400 medley relay had a winning time of 3:34.22.
2019-20: Scored in three individual events and two relays at the BIG EAST Championships during her freshman collegiate campaign … Anchored the 400 yard medley relay to a winning time of 3:43.29 by swimming the freestyle leg with a split of 51.38 … Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 400 medley relay as well as in the 200 yard freestyle relay and individually in the 100 yard breaststroke … Led off the 200 free relay with a split of 23.57 in a race where Villanova came in second with a time of 1:33.29 … Posted season-best times in all three of her individual events at the conference championships … Finished third in the final of the 100 breast with a time of 1:04.39, moving up two spots and cutting nearly a full second off her time from the preliminary heats … Came in fifth in the final of the 50 yard freestyle with a mark of 23.49 after touching the wall with a season-best time of 23.44 in the preliminary heats … Qualified for the ‘B’ final in the 100 yard freestyle and finished 11
th in the final in 51.60 … Her other top times of the year were 1:03.43 in the 100 yard backstroke and 2:29.59 in the 200 yard breaststroke, which both came in a dual meet at La Salle … Won the 200 breast at the La Salle meet.
Fenwick High School: Earned four varsity letters in swimming … Was an All-American and all-state performer in 2017-18 … Inducted to the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born 8/31/01 in La Grange, Ill. … One of two children and the only daughter of Todd and Janice Stahl … Has a brother, Zach … Chose to attend Villanova for the excitement that students showed for being a part of the university community … Enrolled in the Villanova School of Business and has yet to declare a major.
