Career: Has competed in seven events through her first two seasons both with varsity eight and varsity four boats … Has been named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll three times and the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll twice.

2021-22: Appeared in two events with the Wildcats … Part of the Varsity Four that finished second in the dual with Drexel and La Salle, posting a time of 9:07.1 … Sat at stroke for Villanova’s group that took sixth place in the Women's Championship Eights with a time of 13:02.816 at the Head of the Schuylkill.

2020-21: Competed in the varsity eight boat as a freshman, including being in the stroke seat for the first two races of the season … After beginning the year with an exhibition against Drexel, the varsity eight squad opened competition with a first place finish in a dual against Delaware … The team recorded a time of 7:10.8 and tallied a two-second margin of victory over the Blue Hens … Helped the V8 squad win its heat by 2.1 seconds over Temple and Jefferson with a time of 6:40.3 at the Kerr Cup … Villanova came in second at George Mason in both the heats (6:44.0) and the grand final (6:47.1) … The team finished second in their heat at the Kelly Cup in 6:58.9 and qualified for the A final where they finished fourth overall in 7:02.6 … The varsity eight squad recorded a time of 6:50.47 and finished fifth at the CAA Championship.

Portsmouth High School: Member of the varsity swim team as a freshman and a senior … Also played junior varsity soccer as well as lacrosse her freshman year … Winner of the Boathouse Award for rowing as a sophomore and the Coaches Award for swimming as a senior … Earned academic honors all four years.

Personal: Born 6/18/02 in Boston, Mass. … Older of two children of Lee and Jill Horgan … Has a younger brother, Charlie (16) … Enjoys hiking, skiing, rollerblading and spending time with friends … Chose to attend Villanova because the school was community oriented both academically and athletically … Plans to major in Chemical Engineering.
