Competed for Villanova as a true freshman during the 2018-19 academic year ... Was an All-BIG EAST performer in cross country and indoors in the Mile ... Was part of a BIG EAST title indoors in the 4x800 meter relay ... Came to the Wildcats after representing her native Canada at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland during the summer of 2018, and also ran for Canada at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in March 2019 ... INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

Represented her native Canada at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Aarhus, Denmark in March 2019 ... Leading up to the world meet competed at the North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association  (NACAC) Championships in Trinidad and Tobago in February 2019 ... Won the women's U20 race at that meet with a time of 22:08 over 6000 meters ... Helped lead Canada to a gold medal in the team competition as part of a 1-2-3-4 sweep in her race ... At the World Championships in March posted a time of 22:45 to finish 30th out of 100 runners ... Was the top finisher for a Canadian team which finished sixth out of 16 countries in the team standings of the U20 race ... Competed at the IAAF World U20 Championships in July 2018, where she placed 10th in the 3000 meters and 14th in the 1500 meters … Recorded a then-personal best time of 9:15.03 in the 3000 meters and had a time of 4:23.38 in the heats of the 1500 meters … Previously was the silver medalist in the 3000 meters with a time of 9:22.05 at the 2017 Pan American U20 Championships.

2018: Was a Mid-Atlantic All-Region selection and a first team All-BIG EAST performer in the first two races of her career wearing the Villanova singlet ... Key member of the Wildcats lineup that posted dominant team victories at the BIG EAST and regional meets ... One of the team's scoring runners in all three of her starts; Princeton Invitational (10/12): Competed as an unattached runner and tallied an 11th place finish with a time of 21:25.3 over 6000 meters; BIG EAST Championships (10/27): Ran in the Villanova lineup for the first time and was the team's fourth scoring runner at the conference meet ... Earned first team All-BIG EAST runners for a sixth place overall finish ... Posted a time of 20:55.7 on the 6000 meter course at Northview Church ... Part of a historically dominant team performance by the Wildcats, who won their record 16th conference crown by the largest margin of victory (52 points) in the 37-year history of the BIG EAST meet ... Villanova had six of the top eight finishers in the race and tied a program record with nine runners in the top 20; NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9): Came in 15th overall at the Mid-Atlantic meet and was the Wildcats fifth scoring runner ... Posted a time of 21:33.9 over 6000 meters on the course at Penn State ... Earned all-region honors for finishing in the top 25 ... Villanova easily won the team title at the meet and clinched an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships; NCAA Championships (11/17): Came in fourth on the team and 174th overall at the national meet ... 2019: Earned All-BIG EAST recognition in the Mile and was part of the Wildcats conference champion 4x800 meter relay ... Registered personal best times in both the Mile and the 3000 meters during the season; Husky Classic (2/8): Made her season debut at the high-level Washington meet, where she came in 17th in the 3000 meters with a personal best time of 9:13.03; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Finished third in the Mile and recorded a personal best time of 4:45.27 in the final ... Ranked fourth overall in the preliminary heats in 5:01.04 beforee moving up a spot in the final ... Ran the second leg of the 4x800 meter relay to help Villanova win a conference title with a winning time of 8:52.97 ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the Mile, and her contributions during the meet were a part of the Wildcats winning their record 16th team title and fourth in the last six years at the conference meet.

Okanagan Athletics Club: Competed for the Okanagan Athletics Club for seven years … Won BC Athletics gold medals in the 500 meters and the 3000 meters.
 
George Elliot Secondary School: A multi-sport athlete during her scholastic career who competed in basketball, soccer, volleyball and rugby in addition to being a member of the track & field and cross country teams … Was the Girls 2 Mile champion at the 2018 Brooks PR Invitational with a winning time of 9:54.40 … Holds the British Columbia High School and Okanagan Valley records in the 1500 meters and the 3000 meters … Eight-time BCHS medalist in track & field and cross country … Was her school’s Female Athlete of the Year five straight years from grades 8-12 … Achieved Principals List Honours academically all five years.
