Hours may vary during breaks/ holidays and some weekends, however, they will always be posted.

LAUNDRY BAGS will be issued to each student-athlete.

• Each team is assigned a color for their bag.
• Bags are to be used for NO MORE than TWO SETS of practice gear. The equipment room will not wash overloaded bags or bags containing non-athletics apparel (i.e. jeans or sheets).
• Please make sure rubber stopper is secured so bags do not open in the dryer.
• We do use Detergent!! Detergent used is hypo-allergenic and contains no perfumes or dyes.
• Bags placed down the chute will be washed and dried within a 24-hour time frame (i.e. if a bag is dropped off on Monday at 9:00 a.m., it will be ready on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.).
• Do not put uniforms in laundry bags.

Please remember, these laundry services are a PRIVILEGE and can be revoked from a student-athlete or team if they are abused.

UNIFORMS will be issued to each team at a time designated by the Equipment Room and each coach.

• All issued equipment is property of Villanova University Department of Athletics.
• Each student-athlete is responsible for his/her issued equipment.
• Any uniforms that are torn or damaged in competition will be repaired by the Equipment Room as quickly as possible - if equipment is damaged beyond repair, the Equipment Room will replace it.
• Uniforms should be placed down the chute for washing. The Equipment Room Staff will return the clean uniform(s) to the team locker room within 24 hours. If your team does not have a locker room, please plan to pick up your uniform during our posted hours - DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP YOUR UNIFORMS!!
• Uniforms will be collected at a designated time after each team's last contest. Each student-athlete must return ALL issued equipment at that time. If any items are missing, the Equipment Room will not accept any issued equipment.
• If any issued equipment is lost or stolen, the student-athlete will be responsible for paying for replacements. The student-athlete will be billed and until the balance is paid, student-athletes will not be permitted to register for class (graduating Seniors will not receive diplomas).

Please remember that the laundry chute is for laundry only - any student-athlete using the chute for access to the Equipment Room for whatever reason will be reprimanded and that team's laundry services could be revoked!

Make sure you try the Food Court at Donahue Hall and our convenience store, the Donahue Market. The Food Court will be open for dinner until 7:30 p.m. (Mon.-Fri) for anyone coming from late practice. The Food Court at Donahue features seven branded food concepts:

When pressed for time or a change of pace is needed, ala carte operations are a great alternative. They offer their own special blend of menus, service and atmosphere. Food may be purchased to eat in or take out.

Open Mon.-Thurs 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Fri. 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Fresh baked muffins and breads, freshly made pizzas and calzones, delicious salads are always available.

Don't worry if practice runs past 7:30 p.m. because The Belle Air Terrace and the Donahue Market will still be open.

The Belle Air Terrace
Open daily until 10:00 p.m.

Offers steaks, burgers, pizza, deli sandwiches, and a salad bar.

Meal plan may be accepted until 10:00 p.m. when prior arrangements have been made between Athletics and Dining Services.
