Wells Fargo Center

The Wells Fargo Center is a home away from home for Villanova men's basketball and has been the site of some of the Wildcats' most exciting victories in recent years. Villanova played the majority of its home games in the 2017-18 season here while the Finneran Pavilion underwent renovationshe arena.

Known prior to 2010 as the Wachovia Center (and before that as the Core States Center), the arena first opened for the 1996-97 season. The building is also the home of the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers, the NHL's Philadelphia Flyers and the NLL's Philadelphia Wings as well as the Philadelphia Big 5.

The site has also served as a venue for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in 2001, 2006, 2009, 2013 and 2016, with Villanova winning four tournament games at the Center. 

The Wells Fargo Center seats 21,000 for NCAA basketball games and features 126 luxury suites and also serves as home to the offices, studios and production facilities of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
