Career: Elite defensive catcher with a strong bat who provided a veteran presence behind the plate for the Wildcats … Ranks in Villanova's top 10 for walks (tie-2nd), home runs (4th), games played (tie-6th), OPS (8th), on-base percentage (tie-8th), games started (9th), slugging (9th), RBI (tie-9th) and total bases (10th) …  Also ranks seventh in school history in putouts (969) and tie-fourth in caught stealing by (36) … Recorded three seasons as a Second Team All-BIG EAST performer and two Second Team NFCA Mideast All-Region selections … Picked up her second career conference accolade with another second team honor as a senior … Blasted two home runs in the 2024 BIG EAST Championship game to deliver the third conference title of her career … Two-time Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete, five-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and nine-time member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll with a CSC Academic All-District nod in her senior year.

2024: Wrapped up her career with a dominant season, earning All-BIG EAST and All-Region Second Team … Racked up a .308 average and .480 OBP with 40 hits, eight doubles and eight home runs … Worked the second most walks in a single season at Villanova (42) … Hit her first home run of the year with a grand slam in the win over George Mason on Feb. 18 … Earned BIG EAST Player of the Week on March 4 after hits in six straight games … Tallied three hits with a two-run first inning homer against RV Louisville … Reached base three times for three runs against Georgia Southern … Drove in two runs with a home run against Seton Hall … Walked three times against Georgetown on March 22 … Strung together five hits in the series against St. John's … Carried the Wildcats to a third BIG EAST title with two home runs for the lone VU hits against Creighton in the championship game.

2023: Earned All-BIG EAST Second Team honors for the second time in her career … Started in 57 games to tie for 16th in a single season … Played as the starting catcher in 45 games and acted as the designated player in 12 contests … Collected a team-best 11-game hitting streak throughout the season and put up a nearly month-long reached-base streak of 17 … Finished in the team's top five in batting average (.325), slugging percentage (.434), hits (54), runs batted in (28), doubles (nine), total bases (72), walks (26) and at bats (166) … Put forth 15 multi-hit games with a trio of three-hit and 12 two-hit performances … Led the squad and tied a Villanova single season record with six sacrifice flies … Compiled a .986 fielding percentage with 199 putouts, 20 assists and one putout from behind the plate … Started the season with a two-hit game against Wichita State on Feb. 10 … Worked two walks in three straight games on the opening weekend … Hit her first home run of the season in a multi-hit effort against North Carolina … Totaled two hits and two runs batted in during the series finale at Georgetown … Scored three times and reached base three times vs. Creighton on March 18 … Registered three straight three-hit games from March 18 to March 31 with five total runs scored … Picked up two hits and two RBI in game two against Delaware … Hit a two-run home run and walked twice in the series opener against Connecticut … Reached base three times in the finale against UConn with a trio of walks … Drove in three runs with a pair of doubles in a midweek contest vs. Penn … Doubled twice and scored once in the next game against Butler … Contributed two hits in six of eight games from April 4 to April 16 … Notched two sacrifice flies in the regular season finale against Providence on May 7 … Totaled a hit in every game of the BIG EAST Championship, with four singles, two runs scored and three RBI across the three days of competition … Drove in two runs in the first inning during the BIG EAST Quarterfinal matchup against Seton Hall … Reached base twice with a single and walk and delivered an RBI to help send VU to the BIG EAST title game … Hit by a pitch and singled with a run scored in the BIG EAST Championship game vs. Seton Hall.

 
2022: Played in 54 games with 51 starts on the year … Tied for second on the team with nine home runs and was third on the squad with nine doubles … Her 18 extra-base hits and 28 runs batted in each ranked fourth in the Villanova lineup … Started 39 games behind the plate and 12 as the offensive player … Played flawless defense behind the plate with 237 putouts, 26 assists and no errors in 263 total chances … Had an outstanding season controlling the running game and threw out 41.9 percent (13-of-31) of runners trying to steal … That percentage is the eighth-best in a single season in school history … The 13 runners she threw out led the BIG EAST and ranked 30th in the nation … Caught the second no-hitter of her career, both thrown by Paige Rauch, at Providence … As a hitter had a .458 slugging percentage in 167 plate appearances … Had 35 hits and 18 runs scored … Drew 11 walks, was hit by a pitch once and struck out 24 times … Had one stolen base without being caught … Hit four of her home runs during BIG EAST play when she started all 23 games and batted .250 (17-for-68) with a .485 slugging percentage … Recorded the second multi-homer game of her career against Maryland when she helped power an 8-7 win with a solo homer and a game-tying three-run shot … One of only six hitters in school history to have two or more multi-homer games during their careers … Hit her first home run of the year at ACC member Georgia Tech … Went 2-for-2 with a double, two runs scored, two RBI and a walk in a win over Saint Joseph’s during the opening weekend of the season … Homered in two of the three games of a series sweep at Creighton.
 
2021: Had a breakout season as one of the most dangerous hitters in the Villanova lineup and a strong defensive presence behind the plate … Named a second team All-BIG EAST selection and a second team NFCA Mideast All-Region honoree … Played in 42 games with 40 starts and finished second on the team in batting, on-base percentage and slugging percentage … Compiled a .363/.479/.664 slash line across 142 plate appearances … Finished second on the team with 24 walks and was third with eight home runs … Ranked fourth in the BIG EAST in home runs, fifth in on-base percentage and slugging percentage, and was sixth in walks … Went 41-for-113 at the plate, scored 22 runs, had 23 runs batted in and had 17 extra-base hits (eight doubles, one triple, eight homers) … Was hit by a pitch three times and had two sacrifice flies … One of the best hitters on the team at working a count and drew 21 of her 24 walks on a full count … Went to a full count in 42 of her 142 plate appearances and had 11 hits with two strikes … Recorded 12 multi-hit games and had a 15-game on-base streak from April 10-May 15 during which she batted .381 (16-for-42) with 10 walks, a hit by pitch and a .491 on-base percentage … Had one of the best games of her career against Seton Hall on May 1 when she had a triple and two home runs to finish 3-for-4 with three runs scored and five RBI … It was her first career multi-homer game, while her 11 total bases are tied for the second-most in a single game in school history … Went 2-for-3 with two doubles and a walk against DePaul on April 10 … Went 4-for-9 (.444) in three games during the NCAA Tournament, including hitting home runs in back-to-back games against UMBC and Ole Miss … Hit a game-tying two-run home run in the fourth inning against UMBC to knot the score at 3-3 in a game Villanova went on to win 4-3 to claim the first NCAA regional win in program history … Also hit a game-tying home run against Connecticut on the final day of the BIG EAST Tournament, helping the Wildcats tally an eventual 5-1 victory and force a decisive seventh game in the conference tournament … Wound up hitting five home runs in her final 13 games of the season … Her 40 starts on the year included 24 starts behind the plate and 16 as the designated player … Compiled a .984 on-base percentage for the season with 173 putouts, 12 assists and three errors in 188 total chances … Threw out seven of 29 would-be base-stealers (24.1 percent).
 
2020: Saw playing time in 19 games with 17 starts as a freshman … All of her starts came at catcher … Batted .250 (8-for-32) for the season with a .333 on-base percentage and a .344 slugging percentage … Scored four runs and had three runs batted in to go along with a double and a triple … Drew three walks, was hit by a pitch once and stole a base in her only attempt … Tallied multi-hit games in wins over Penn State and Kent State … Played in four games at the Wooo Pig Invitational at Arkansas and went 4-for-8 with three runs, two RBI, a double, a triple, a walk and a stolen base on the weekend … Was 2-for-2 with two runs scored in the win over Kent State and had a triple, run scored and RBI in a victory over No. 9 Florida State … Compiled a ..992 fielding percentage behind the plate with 116 putouts, seven assists and one error in 124 chances.
 
Club Softball: Played for NJ Batbusters-Fry which was a 2018 Louisville IDT finalist and a 2019 Pennsbury Invitational champion … Two-year team captain.
 
St. John Vianney High School: Earned four varsity letters in softball and was a four-year starter behind the plate … Three-time New Jersey All-State and three-time All-Shore selection … Named to the NJ.com Non-Public A State Group team all four years … Four-time APP All-Star as chosen by coaches … Selected as the NJ.com Freshman Player of the Year in 2016 … Compiled a .420 scholastic batting average with 140 hits … Helped her team to an overall record of 107-8 during her varsity seasons and a No. 18 national ranking in the USA Today Super 25 … Her team won four division titles, two SCT championships, was a three-time state sectional finalist and won the 2018 Non-Public A state title … Achieved Honor Roll status academically all four years … Inducted to the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Born 3/15/00 in Neptune, N.J. … One of three children and the only daughter of Brandon and Jennifer Jones … Has two brothers, Dakotah and Grabriel … Brother Dakotah played college football at Illinois College and was an MWC Academic All-Conference performer … Hobbies include skiing, fishing, gardening, playing the ukulele and photography … Noted that she enjoys all activities which allow her to be adventurous and creative … Chose to attend Villanova for several reasons, among them the school’s academic and athletic reputations, the supportive atmosphere on campus and the softball coaching staff … Was drawn to Villanova’s focus on community  and immediately saw the university as a place to continue her academic and athletic pursuits.
