2019: First team All-BIG EAST and Mid-Atlantic All-Region performer ... One of the Wildcats top three finishers in each of his first four starts during the season ... Recorded a personal best time for an 8K cross country course in his first race of the year; Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/28): His first cross country race in a Villanova uniform was a strong one, as he came in second in the Wildcats lineup and 25th overall at Oregon ... His time of 24:05.4 was a new personal best for an 8000 meter cross country race; UnderArmour Pre-National Invitational (10/19): Recorded a time of 24:15.5 at the pre-NCAA meet and finished 34th in a field of 266 runners ... Came in second in the team lineup for the second straight race; BIG EAST Championships (11/2): Led the Wildcats with a runner-up individual finish at the conference meet ... Crossed the finish line in 25:38.7 to earn first team All-BIG EAST honors ... His performance helped Villanova win its first conference team title in five years; NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15): Notched his highest career finish at an NCAA regional meet with a seventh place overall finish ... Was the Wildcats third runner across the finish line with a time of 30:10.6 ... 2017: Iowa State: Ran three races during the season and earned All-Midwest Region honors ... Was one of the Cyclones scoring runners in all three of his starts and was part of the team's lineup at the NCAA Championships; Hawkeye Invitational (9/1): Came in third overall and second on the team with a time of 17:50.6 over 6000 meters in the season opener; NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10): Recorded a time of 29:40.5 over 10000 meters to place 20th overall and earn all-region accolades for the second time in his career ... Was the fourth Iowa State runner across the finish line, and his time was a personal best on a 10K cross country course; NCAA Championships (11/18): Finished fourth on the team and 97th overall at the national meet with a time of 30:41.2.

2015: Iowa State: Raced five times during the season, earning All-Big 12 and All-Midwest Region honors ... Was one of the team's top three scorers in all five of his races; Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational (9/4): Crossed the finish line in the 6000 meter race in 19:17.8 and tallied a sixth place finish; Rim Rock Classic (10/3): Came in second on the team and sixth overall with a time of 24:21.7 over 8000 meters at the Kansas meet; Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/16): Posted a time of 24:36.8 in the 8000 meter race, finishing 131st overall and third in the Cyclones lineup; Big 12 Championships (10/31): Came in 13th at the Big 12 meet with a time of 24:57.6 ... Finished second on the team and garnered All-Big 12 honors for the first time in his career; NCAA Midwest Regional (11/13): Led the Cyclones with a 23rd place individual finish at the regional meet ... Covered the 10000 meter course in 30:39.7 and earned All-Midwest Region recognition.

2014: Iowa State: Competed four times during the season, including at both the Big 12 Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional; Roy Griak Invitational (9/27): Made his collegiate debut at the meet and registered a time of 27:14.8 in the 8000 meter race, placing 168th overall; Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/17): Finished 13th in the meet's "B" race with a time of 25:02.0 on the 8000 meter course; Big 12 Championships (11/1): Placed 29th overall at the conference meet with a time of 24:58.7; NCAA Midwest Regional (11/14): Finished in 40th place at the NCAA regional meet with a time of 30:53.7 over 10000 meters.

2018: Iowa State: Competed at five different meets during the season and scored in the 5000 meters at the Big 12 Championships; Hawkeye Invitational (1/13): Opened the indoor season by finishing seventh in the Mile with a time of 4:15.70; Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/20): Tallied a time of 4:10.86 in the premier section of the Mile and recorded a fifth place finish; Razorback Invitational (1/27): Registered a time of 4:08.97 in the Mile and notched a 12th place finish; Iowa State Classic (2/9): Came in 11th in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:09.49; Big 12 Championships (2/23): Tallied his best career finish at the conference meet, coming in fourth in the 5000 meters and posting a time of 14:04.42.

2017: Iowa State: Iowa State Classic (2/10): Raced in the invitational section of the 3000 meters and recorded a time of 8:14.57.

2016: Iowa State: Competed at five meets and ran both the Mile and the 3000 meters during the year; Established personal best times in both events and scored in the 3000 meters at the Big 12 Championships; Penn State Relays (1/9): Led off the 4x800 meter relay for an Iowa State squad which finished second in the race with a time of 7:29.33 ... Also ran the 800 meter leg of the DMR on the Cyclones "B" team which placed sixth with a time of 10:30.66; Big 4 Duals (1/23): Finished first in the 3000 meters and had a winning time of 8:16.74; Razorback Invitational (1/30): Recorded a personal best time of 4:07.89 in the Mile and tallied a 13th place finish at the Arkansas meet; Iowa State Classic (2/12): Recorded a personal best time of 8:04.20 in the 3000 meters, good for a 13th place overall finish; Big 12 Championships (2/27): Came in eighth in the 3000 meters at the conference meet and crossed the finish line in 8:16.63.

2019: Ran two races during the season and scored in the 5000 meters at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Relays (4/27): Returned from an injury and raced for the first time in almost a year at the Relays, where he led off the 4xMile relay for Villanova ... Recorded a split of 4:11.7 in his leg of the race and the Wildcats went on to finish sixth in the Championship of America race with a time of 16:47.10; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Came in fifth in the 5000 meters at the BIG EAST meet with a time of 14:33.66 ... Scored four team points towards Villanova winning the conference team title and finishing off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the BIG EAST meets.

2018: Iowa State: Big 12 Championships (5/11): Recorded a 14th place finish in the 10000 meters at the conference meet and produced a time of 32:04.50.

2017: Iowa State: Stanford Invitational (3/31): Ran the 5000 meters in his only outdoor race of the season and came in 17th in his section with a time of 14:21.65.

2016: Iowa State: Competed at four meets during the season ... Scored in the 5000 meters at the Big 12 Championships and qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the event; Stanford Invitational (4/1): Came in eighth in his section of the 5000 meters and recorded a personal best time of 13:55.11 ... That mark also qualified him for the NCAA West Preliminary later in the season; John McDonnell Invitational (4/23): Recorded a personal best time for the second straight meet, as he ran the 1500 meters in 3:47.75 and tallied a sixth place finish; Big 12 Championships (5/15): Came in fifth in the 5000 meters at the conference meet and recorded a time of 14:07.94; NCAA West Preliminary (5/28): Ran in the national semifinal heats of the 5000 meters ... Recorded a time of 14:24.04 to place ninth in his heat and 18th overall.

2015: Iowa State: Competed twice as an unattached runner during the season; Jim Duncan Invitational (4/11): Came in third in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.83; Musco Twilight (5/2): Ran the 800 meters in a personal best time of 1:51.64 and finished fourth in the race.

Iowa State: Two-time All-Midwest Region cross country runner for the Cyclones and was also an All-Big 12 performer once ... Scored at the Big 12 Championships both indoors and outdoors in the 5000 meters, as well as indoors in the 3000 meters ... Was named to the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Spring 2017 semester.

Corona Del Sol High School: Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track & field ... Named the Arizona Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior in 2014 ... Garnered all-state honors and was his team's MVP ... Had personal bests of 1:52.97 in the 800 meters, 4:09.01 in the 1600 meters and 9:07 in the 3200 meters during his scholastic career.
