On Wheeler: Veteran midfielder on the Villanova roster who has played in 39 career games and made two starts through four collegiate seasons … Career totals include four goals, three assists and seven points … Has 21 shots, four ground balls and 16 caused turnovers… Four-time selection to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and five-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
 
2024: Appeared in all 15 games on the season, making two starts... Recorded two goals, one against Denver and Georgetown... Had a ground ball against Penn State and Yale.

2023: Appeared in 12 games for the Wildcats scoring a goal against Georgetown on April 28… Recorded two assists in the win over Marquette… Attempted eight shots on the season… Had a perfect 1.000 SOG percentage in three games.
 
2022: Played in nine games on the season … Tallied one goal, one assist and three points … Had seven shots and was credited with one ground ball … Recorded his first collegiate points with a goal and an assist in a win over St. John’s in the BIG EAST opener … Credited with a ground ball in a win over Marquette.
 
2021: Appeared in three games during his first collegiate season … Had a ground ball against St. John’s.
 
Mercer Island High School: Earned four varsity letters in lacrosse and two in football … As a lacrosse player scored over 130 points during his scholastic career … Named to the Inside Lacrosse Committed Academy All-Tournament Team and was his school’s Athlete of the Year … As a senior on the football team was an all-conference wide receiver and cornerback … Earned DECA All-State honors academically.
 
Personal: Born 9/22/01 … Younger of two children of John and Jennifer … Has an older sister, Kate … Father played college football at Washington … Enjoys spending time outside, fishing and playing other sports in his spare time … Chose to attend Villanova because he felt it was where he wanted to be as soon as he visited campus … Noted the beauty of the campus along with the great sense of community and support for student-athletes which made it a dream school.
