CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

Five-year member of the Villanova cross country and distance group from 2018-23 ... Competed at the BIG EAST Championships in cross country, indoors and outdoors ... Advanced to the final of the mile and finished eighth overall at the 2023 indoor conference meet ... Ran in the Villanova lineup twice at the BIG EAST Championships in cross country (2020, 2022) ... Recorded personal best times on the track at every distance from 1500 meters through 10000 meters during his collegiate career ... Came to Villanova after being part of a high school team which won three straight state cross country titles .. Was an individual conference champion in cross country and the 1600 meters on the track as a scholastic runner ... While at Villanova was named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team five times and the Athletic Director's Honor Roll eight times.

Staples High School: Four-year member of the cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field teams … Earned three varsity letters in each sport … Part of a cross country team which won three state championships and one New England title in addition to qualifying for the Nike Cross Nationals during his scholastic career … As a senior was the FCIAC individual cross country champion ….
