Biography

On Winslow: Talented sprinter who had a successful collegiate debut last season ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 400 meters indoors ... Capable of being a key contributor either individually or in the relay events ... Should continue to get better as he gains additional collegiate xperience.

2016 Outdoor: Competed at three meets during the season ... Had a season-best time of 48.78 in the 400 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational, where he finished in 15th place ... Also led off the 4x400 meter relay at that meet and helped the Wildcats posted a time of 3:22.61 in the relay ... Was the runner-up in the 400 meters with a time of 49.36 and led off for a 4x400 relay squad which finished fourth in 3:22.30 at the Sam Howell Invitational ... Finished ninth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.73 at the season-opening Penn Challenge ... Also anchored the 4x100 meter relay to a runner-up finish with a time of 41.62 at the Penn meet.

2015-16 Indoor: Placed third in the 400 meters at the BIG EAST Championships to earn All-BIG EAST honors in his first taste of postseason competition ... Tallied a season best time of 49.49 in the final at the BIG EAST Championships after also being third overall during the preliminary heats with a time of 49.54 ... Recorded a time of 51.54 in the 400 meters at the Villanova Invitational in his first career individual collegiate race ... Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the season opening Jack Pyrah Invitational and helped the Wildcats finish as runners-up in the relay with a time of 3:24.68 ... Anchored the 4x400 relay to an eighth place finish and a time of 3:18.40 at the FastTrack National Invite.

Sayreville War Memorial High School: Earned a total of nine varsity letters during his scholastic career, including four each for both indoor and outdoor track & field ... Also earned one letter in football ... Earned all-state honors in 2013 ... Ran for the Prime Time club and was a 400 meters national champion in 2013.

Personal: Born 6/17/97 in Montclair, N.J. ... Only child of Kyle and Nancy Winslow ... Chose to attend Villanova because of the positive experience he had during his official visit ... Has yet to declare a major.
