Penn 10-Team Select (1/15): Debuted for the Wildcats at the first meet of the season and came in eighth in the shot put with a mark of 14.19 meters;
Villanova Invitational (1/22): In a home meet in Staten Island came in third in the weight throw with a distance of 16.65 meters and placed sixth in the shot put with a mark of 14.26 meters;
Rutgers Open (2/11): Runner-up in the weight throw with a measurement of 16.75 meters … The mark represented the longest throw by a Villanova athlete since the school record was set nearly 10 years earlier … Moved into fourth place on the team’s all-time performance list in the weight throw with his performance;
BIG EAST Championships (2/25-2/26): Competed in both the shot put and the weight throw at the conference meet … Registered a lifetime best throw of 14.93 meters in the shot put on the second day of the championships to finish in third place and earn All-BIG EAST honors … Only the fifth Villanova athlete to finish on the podium in the shot put at the indoor BIG EAST Championships … One day earlier came in fifth in the weight throw at the meet with a distance of 16.64 meters.
2019-20 (Lehigh): Competed eight times during the indoor season and threw the shot put at the conference championships … Registered then-personal best marks in both the shot put and the weight throw during the year;
Fast Times Before Finals (12/7): Opened the season by finishing second in the weight throw with a distance of 15.69 meters to go along with an 11
th place finish with a throw of 13.12 meters in the shot put;
Angry Birds Challenge (1/11): Came in fifth in the weight throw with a mark of 16.03 meters and finished 11
th in the shot put (13.47m) at a Lehigh home meet;
Penn 8-Team Select (1/18): Posted marks of 15.86 meters in the weight throw and 13.03 meters in the shot put;
Lafayette Dual (1/25): Recorded a then-personal best mark of 16.51 meters to finish second in the weight throw against Lafayette … Also came in third in the shot put at the dual meet with a mark of 14.61 meters;
Villanova Invitational (2/1): Came in eighth in the shot put (13.88m) and ninth in the weight throw (15.18m) in a meet hosted by the Wildcats;
Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational (2/15): Recorded a then-personal best distance of 14.983 meters to finish sixth in the shot put at Monmouth … Also came in ninth in the weight throw (15.45m) at the meet;
Bucknell Tune-Up (2/21): Came in seventh in the weight throw with a measurement of 16.49 meters and had a mark of 13.77 meters in the shot put;
Patriot League Championships (3/1): Came in 12
th in the shot put with a mark of 13.88 meters at the Patriot League meet.
2018-19 (Lehigh): Appeared at eight meets during the indoor campaign and competed in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Patriot League Championships;
Lehigh Season Opener (12/1): In the indoor season opener was the runner-up in the weight throw with a distance of 15.57 meters and came in third in the shot put with a mark of 13.19 meters;
Fast Times Before Finals (12/8): Came in seventh in the weight throw (15.60m);
Angry Birds Challenge (1/12): Came in fifth in the weight throw (15.30m) and 11
th in the shot put (12.64m);
vs. Lafayette (1/19): Posted marks of 13.07 meters in the shot put and 15.63 meters in the weight throw in the annual home dual meet against the Leopards;
Navy Invitational (1/26): Recorded a season- and then-personal best distance of 16.02 meters and finished fifth in the weight throw at the site of the next month’s Patriot League meet … Also competed in the shot put and recorded a mark of 11.28 meters;
Villanova Invitational (2/2): Placed fifth in the weight throw (15.86m) and 12
th in the shot put (12.93m);
Bucknell Tune-Up (2/8): Recorded a season-best mark of 13.48 meters in the shot put and tallied a 10
th place finish in the weight throw (15.53m);
Patriot League Championships (2/16-2/17): Finished 13
th in the weight throw with a mark of 15.87 meters on the first day of the conference championships and placed 18
th in the shot put with a throw of 12.01 meters one day later.
2017-18 (Lehigh): Competed in seven meets during his first season of collegiate competition … Recorded a season-best mark in the weight throw at the Patriot League Championships and also threw the shot put at the conference meet;
Fast Times Before Finals (12/9): Made his collegiate debut by finishing seventh in the weight throw with a distance of 14.27 meters to go along with posting a mark of 11.89 meters in the shot put;
Wagner Invite (1/5): Registered throws of 12.24 meters in the shot put and 13.15 meters in the weight throw;
Angry Birds Challenge (1/13): Finished sixth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.93 meters and recorded a distance of 12.33 meters in the shot put at a Lehigh home meet;
vs. Lafayette (1/20): Came in third in the weight throw with a measurement of 15.04 meters in a home dual meet against the Leopards;
John Covert Classic (1/27): Placed seventh in the weight throw (15.12m);
Bucknell Tune-Up (2/9): Tallied top-eight finishes in each of his events at the final meet before the conference championships … Finished seventh in the shot put with a season-best throw of 13.73 meters and came in eighth in the weight throw (14.40m);
Patriot League Championships (2/17-2/18): Recorded a season-best throw of 15.78 meters in the weight throw to record a 12
th place finish at the conference championships … Came in 15
th in the shot put with a mark of 13.40 meters.
2022 (Villanova): Broke a school record in the hammer which had stood for nearly 20 years in his second outing of the season … By the end of the year had gone on to registered the #1, #4 and #6 all-time marks in school history in the hammer … Was an individual BIG EAST scorer in the shot put, the discus and the hammer … Competed at five meets in all;
Penn Challenge (3/19): Competed in three events on the day, with his fourth place finish in the hammer after a throw of 55.45 meters accounting for his best result … Also placed ninth in the shot put with a distance of 13.72 meters and 10
th in the discus with a throw of 43.68 meters;
Larry Ellis Invitational (4/15): Broke the Villanova record in the hammer with a lifetime best throw of 57.46 meters at Princeton … Finished in fourth place at the meet and eclipsed the previous Wildcats standard of 57.36 meters which had stood since May 13, 2002;
Virginia Challenge (4/21-4/22): Posted marks of 44.08 meters in the discus and 52.24 meters in the hammer;
Penn Relays (4/28): Was selected to compete in the championship section of the hammer and he came in ninth with a throw of 56.55 meters which ranked #4 in Villanova history as of the end of the season;
BIG EAST Championships (5/13-5/14): Scored in all three of his events at the conference championships … Placed fifth in both the shot put and the discus as well as sixth in the hammer … His hammer throw of 56.03 meters ranked #6 in the Wildcats record book … Posted season-best marks of 14.38 meters in the shot put and 44.31 meters in the discus on the final day of the meet.
2021 (Lehigh): Competed at seven meets during the year and notched top-eight finishes in all three of his events at the Patriot League Championships … Registered lifetime best marks in the shot put, the discus and the hammer during the season;
Lehigh Home Meet (3/21): In his first official competition since March 2020 came in second in the discus with a throw of 45.29 meters and was third in the hammer with a mark of 52.48 meters;
Lafayette Invitational (3/27): Finished third in the hammer (51.89m), fifth in the shot put (14.05m) and sixth in the discus (45.21m);
Happy Easter Races (4/3): Runner-up in both the discus (44.30m) and the hammer (53.39m) while placing eighth in the shot put (12.60m) in a Lehigh home meet;
Bison Classic (4/11): Came in third in both the discus and the hammer with throws of 43.82 meters and 51.63 meters, respectively;
Lafayette Dual (4/17): Tallied first place finishes in the shot put (14.58m) and the discus (42.55m) to go with a runner-up finish in the hammer (52.47m) in a dual against Lafayette;
The Carol & John Covert Classic (4/24): Recorded personal best marks in both the shot put and the hammer at the final meet before the conference championships … Came in fifth in the shot put with a PR of 14.85 meters and was the runner-up in the hammer with a new top mark of 57.26 meters … Came in sixth in the discus (46.21m);
Patriot League Championships (4/30-5/1): Scored team points with top-eight finishes in all three of his events at the conference meet … His top finish was a fifth place result in the hammer, which he threw for 55.14 meters on the first day of the championships … Came in seventh in the discus with a lifetime best throw of 47.02 meters one day later and added an eighth place finish in the shot put with a mark of 14.50 meters.
2019 (Lehigh): Appeared at seven meets during the season … Competed in the discus and the hammer at the Patriot League meet and registered a season-best mark in the former event;
adidas Winthrop Invitational (3/22-3/23): Began the outdoor season by tallying marks of 12.35 meters in the shot put and 38.61 meters in the discus;
Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29): Came in ninth in the shot put and tallied a season-best throw of 12.63 meters in a meet at Richmond;
at Lafayette (4/6): Placed fourth in the hammer (41.21m) and fifth in the discus (39.73m) in a dual meet versus the Leopards;
Coach P Invitational (4/13): Recorded marks of 12.03 meters in the shot put, 41.29 meters in the discus and 43.42 meters in the hammer;
Greyhound Invitational (4/19-4/20): Came in fourth in the hammer (47.03m) and ninth in the discus (40.44m);
The Carol & John Covert Classic (4/26): Runner-up in the hammer with a then-personal best throw of 50.93 meters … Came in 12
th in the discus (41.08m) at the Lehigh home meet;
Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4): Finished 14
th in the hammer with a throw of 50.69 meters on the first day of the conference championships and placed 17
th in the shot put with a season-best throw of 41.94 meters one day later.
2018 (Lehigh): Competed six times during the season and threw both the discus and the hammer at the Patriot League Championships;
Raleigh Relays (3/31): Opened the season by throwing the discus for 35.97 meters at North Carolina State;
at Lafayette (4/8): In a dual meet against the Leopards posted season-bests of 13.35 meters in the shot put and 48.74 meters in the hammer to go along with a mark of 39.63 meters in the discus;
Coach P Invitational (4/14): In the first of two straight meets at nearby Moravian recorded a season-best discus throw of 40.34 meters and added a mark of 43.49 meters in the hammer;
Greyhound Invitational (4/20-4/21): Finished second in the hammer with a throw of 47.14 meters while posting marks of 12.31 meters in the shot put and 38.67 meters in the discus;
Lehigh Games (4/28): Came in eighth in the hammer with a measurement of 47.61 meters and added marks of 11.63 meters in the shot put and 35.52 meters in the discus;
Patriot League Championships (5/4-5/5): Came in 15
th in the hammer (42.90m) and 20
th in the discus (38.26m) at the conference championships.
Pennridge High School: Two-year varsity captain of the indoor and outdoor track & field teams during his scholastic career … Was a District One Champion in 2016 … Earned All-Intelligencer first team honors in the discus and was a five-time All-Suburban One honoree … Graduated as the school record holder in the discus with a mark of 49.03 meters … Achieved Distinguished Honor Roll status academically … President of his school’s TSA Club.
