2019: Competed in both the 500 meters and the 800 meters during the season; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Came in 13th in the 500 meters with a time of 1:10.44 at the indoor season opener; Villanova Invitational (2/2): Recorded a time of 2:05.05 in the 800 meters at the Wildcats home meet.

2018: Competed at three meets during the season; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Registered a time of 1:09.79 in the 500 meters and also ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay on a team which came in seventh with a time of 3:30.25; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Ran the 800 meters and crossed the finish line in 2:03.58; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Recorded a time of 1:59.73 in the 800 meters.

2017: Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Came in fifth in the 500 meters with a time of 1:08.90 at the indoor season opener; Villanova Open (1/27): Posted a time of 2:04.71 in the 800 meters.

2016: Appeared at six meets during the season and competed in the 500 meters at the BIG EAST Championships; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/5): Made his collegiate debut by finishing fifth in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:38.76; Gotham Cup (1/22): Ran the 400 meters and posted a time of 52.29; Penn State National (1/30): Came in 17th in the 500 meters with a time of 1:07.56; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Posted a time of 51.67 in the 400 meters at the Wildcats home meet and also anchored a 4x400 meter relay squad to a third place finish with a time of 3:18.32; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Competed in the college section of the 800 meters and posted a time of 1:58.61 ... Also ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay as part of a team which placed eighth in the relay with a time of 3:18.40; BIG EAST Championships (2/26): Recorded a season-best time of 1:07.49 in the preliminary heats of the 500 meters.

2019: Raced five times in the 400 meter hurdles during the season and competed in the event at the BIG EAST Championships for the fourth straight year; Penn Challenge (3/23): Tallied a time of 59.40 and finished in 12th place at the outdoor season opener; Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Recorded a time of 57.98 to finish in 15th place at the Princeton meet; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Crossed the finish line in a season-best time of 56.81 and finished in 11th place; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Recorded a time of 57.35 to finish 17th overall; BIG EAST Championships (5/10): Ran in the preliminary heats of the 400 meter hurdles and finished 11th overall while matching his best time of the season at 56.81.

2018: Competed at five meets and scored in the 400 meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Championships for the third straight year; Penn Challenge (3/24): Opened the season by finishing eighth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 58.37; Colonial Relays (4/6): Recorded a time of 1:03.52 in the 400 meter hurdles; Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Placed fifth in the 400 meter hurdles (57.32); Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Crossed the finish line in 57.73 and placed 25th in the 400 meter hurdles; BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Finished seventh in the preliminary heats of the 400 meter hurdles with a season-best time of 55.71 ... Maintained that spot and finished seventh in the final in 56.42.

2017: Scored team points in the 400 meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Championships; Haverford Invitational (4/26): Made his season debut with a first place finish in  the 400 meter hurdles ... Crossed the finish line in 58.81; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Recorded a sixth place finish in the 400 meter hurdles at the conference meet ... Was in seventh place after running a time of 58.26 in the preliminary heats, then moved up a spot to finish sixth in the final with a time of 57.58.

2016: Was a BIG EAST scorer in the 400 meter hurdles and competed at a total of six meets during the season; Penn Challenge (3/26): Came in 12th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 57.47; Colonial Relays (4/1): Tied for a 27th place finish in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 56.21; Princeton Outdoor Invite (4/16): Came in sixth in the hurdles (56.39) and ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a squad which placed fourth with a time of 3:22.30; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/23): Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay in which Villanova posted a time of 3:22.61; Lions Invitational (4/30): Posted a time of 57.53 in the 400 meter hurdles; BIG EAST Championships (5/13-5/14): Tallied a fifth place finish in the 400 meter hurdles at the conference meet ... Posted a time of 56.28 in the preliminary heats and was ranked fourth overall going into the final ... Placed fifth in the final with a time of 56.79.
 

Sachem East High School: Earned a total of 10 varsity letters, including four each in indoor and outdoor track & field to go along with two in cross country ... Also played volleyball and was a middle hitter ... School record holder in the 1000 meters ... Also was a part of school record performances in the relays seven times ... School record holder in the 4x400 meter relay, the 4x800 meter relay and the sprint medley relay both indoors and outdoors, in addition to the indoor distance medley relay ... Earned all-county honors as both a junior and a senior ... Achieved Honor Roll status academically all four years.
