Biography

High School: Short comes to the Main Line with an impressive resume. He was a Scholastic All-American in 2026, and the 200 IM State Champion in 2024, 2025, and 2026. He was also both All-Conference and All-State in 2026. He was a Scholastic All-American academically as well, and was also on his school’s Headmaster’s List all four years of his enrollment.
 
Club Swimming: Swam for Mecklenburg Swim Association for 10 years.
 
Personal: Born 6/19/2007… Son to Jolie and Brian Short, has sister Grace… Chose Villanova because of the team culture, athlete support, and highly rated academics… Declared a major in Finance.
