High School: Armstrong was a four-year varsity swimmer for J.R. Tucker High School, owning the school record in four events. She was a four-time state qualifier and a three-time Scholastic All-American. She was also on the Honor Roll and in the National Honor Society.
Club Swimming: Armstrong swam for Nova of Virginia Aquatics for 12 years. She was a three-time Wintr Junior National qualifier and a Summer Junior National qualifier.
Personal: Born 11/16/2007… Daughter of Kevin and Dina Armstrong, has a sister named Lauren… Kevin (father) ran cross country and track at Old Dominion University… Chose Villanova for its strong sense of community and team culture, as well as its academic opportunities.
