2017-18: Competed in nine events as a senior. She swam primarily in the freestyle, butterfly and medley relay events. She broke her previous individual records in the 100 and 200-yard butterfly events and the 200-IM at the BIG EAST Championships. She named to the All-BIG EAST Team for her performances in these events as well as the 400-medley relay. In the 100-fly she recorded a time of 54.63, in the 200-fly she clocked a 2:00.56 and in the 200-IM she finished with a time of 2:02.95. Niness also helped her 400-medley relay team earn first place at the championships with a time of 3:39.17 which set a new program record.
2016-17: Competed in freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and IM events during the season…Named to the All-BIG EAST Team for her performances in the 200-yard butterfly and 400-yard medley relay at the BIG EAST Championships…Helped the winning 400-yard medley relay team break the school record with a time of 3:40.18…Swam in three individual events at the BIG EAST Championships…Placed fourth in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 55.69…Finished second in the 200-yard butterfly, touching the wall at 2:02.04…Had a fourth-place finish in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:03.62…Selected to the 2016-17 Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area team.

2015-16:Named to the 2016 All-BIG EAST Team with her 2:00.46 first-place finish at the BIG EAST Championships...Also competed in the 100 butterfly...Swam in 10 meets on the year...Primarily swam in the 100 and 200 butterflies and the 200 medley relay while occasionally appearing in the 200 backstroke, 200Â IMand the 400 medley relay.Â
2014-15:Named to the 2015 All-BIG EAST Team with two second-place finishes at the BIG EAST Championships ...
