Newcomer to the Villanova sprint and distance group in 2026-27 who was a four-time school record holder in the middle distance events and a four-time cross country MVP.

Point Pleasant Boro High School: Earned varsity letters in cross country, indoor track & field, outdoor track & field and swimming during her scholastic career … Set school records in the 1600 meters both indoors and outdoors, as well as outdoors in the 800 meters and the 3200 meters … Four-time cross country MVP and was also the outdoor track & field MVP (2024-2025) and the swim team’s MVP (2022-2023) … Named an AP Scholar with Distinction … Inductee and President of the National Honor Society … NJSIAA Scholar-Athlete.

Personal: Daughter of Dave and Carrie Slavinski … Has one sibling, Blaik … Comes from an athletic family … Both parents were collegiate track & field athletes at Slippery Rock and Mount St. Mary’s, respectively … Brother, Blaik, has also competed at the collegiate level as a track & field and cross country athlete at Clemson and Rowan … Chose to attend Villanova because there was a sense of community at the school that was evident during her visits to the campus … Noted that the women she can train with everyday are empowering as well as her coaches … Felt that Villanova would set her up on a path to success if she put her best foot forward everyday … Exploratory Arts major with interests in Political Science and Economics.
