CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

One of the top sprinters and middle distance runners in Villanova history … Her incredible collegiate career spanned from 2016-22 as a member of the Wildcats cross country squad and sprint group … Seven-time All-American, eight-time BIG EAST champion and 12-time All-BIG EAST performer … National runner-up in the 800 meters at the 2022 outdoor NCAA Championships in her final collegiate race … Four-time Penn Relays champion … During the 2021 outdoor season ran the fastest collegiate season time and third-fastest overall time in school history in the 800 meters (2:01.25) … One of only two athletes in school history – women’s or men’s – to be named the Mid-Atlantic Region Athlete of the Year at least four times by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) … Swept the Track Athlete of the Year awards for both the 2021 and 2022 indoor and outdoor seasons … At the time of her graduation was ranked second in school history in the 800 meters (2:01.25) and tied for second in the 400 meters (53.28) … Owned four of the 10 fastest times in school history both indoors and outdoors for races run during the NCAA competition season … One of three Villanova women to post top-three finishes in the 800 meters at the NCAA Championships both indoors and outdoors in the same year ... OLYMPIC TRIALS AND NATIONAL COMPETITION

Qualified for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in June 2021 after recording a personal best time of 2:01.25 during the outdoor collegiate season … In her first career appearance at the Olympic Trials was one of only nine collegians in the field of 42 runners who competed in the first round of the Trials … Recorded a time of 2:03.81 and finished seventh in her heat which was won by eventual Olympic bronze medalist Raevyn Rogers … Competed at the USATF Outdoor Championships in 2022.
 
CROSS COUNTRY
 
2021: Raced five times during the season and was a scoring runner for the Wildcats in all three postseason meets at the BIG EAST Championships, the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional and the NCAA Championships; Main Line Invitational (9/17): Opened the season by finishing ninth overall with a time of 17:16.5 over three miles at Haverford; Paul Short Run (10/1): Placed sixth in the Villanova lineup and 65th overall in a field of more than 340 runners in the Gold race at Lehigh … Her time of 21:19.3 was a career best for a 6K cross country course; BIG EAST Championships (10/29): Tallied a 26th place individual finish and was the Wildcats fourth scoring runner with a time of 22:11.8 at the conference championships; NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/12): Finished 46th overall and fifth in the team lineup at the regional meet with a time of 21:44.8 … Villanova came in third at the meet and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships; NCAA Championships (11/20): Recorded her second best time of the season at 21:33.8 and came in fifth in the Wildcats lineup at the national championships.

2019: Competed in four meets during the season and earned her way into the team lineup for all three of the postseason meets ... Was a scoring runner for the Wildcats at the NCAA Championships; Main Line Invitational (9/20): Opened the season with a ninth place overall finish at Haverford ... Posted a time of 17:58.5 over three miles, the fastest she has run the course in three career races at the site; BIG EAST Championships (11/2): Competed at the conference cross country meet for the first time in her career and recorded a 40th place overall finish ... Registered a time of 23:38.4 over 6,000 meters; NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15): Came in 64th overall out of more than 200 runners in her first career race at the NCAA regional meet ... Registered a time of 21:40.1 which was nearly two minutes faster than she ran at the BIG EAST Championships two weeks earlier; NCAA Championships (11/23): Came in fifth in the Villanova lineup and was one of the team's scoring runners for the first time in her career ... Recorded a time of 22:41.8 over 6000 meters and came in 235th overall at the national meet ... Villanova wound up placing 24th in the team standings in its fifth straight appearance at NCAAs.

2018: Main Line Invitational (9/14): Recorded a 16th place finish with a time of 18:06.0 over three miles in the first meet of the season.

2016: Haverford Invitational (10/21): Competed as an unattached runner ... Came in eighth at the meet with a time of 18:44.5 over three miles.
 
INDOOR

2022: Recorded three of the 10 fastest indoor times in school history in the 800 meters during the season, including the second-fastest at the NCAA Championships … First team All-American with a third place national finish in the 800 meters … Named the USTFCCCA Mid-Atlantic Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year for the second straight indoor season and the third time in her career … Individual BIG EAST champion in the 800 meters … Ran the 400 meter leg of the Wildcats conference champion distance medley relay … Anchored Villanova to a third place finish and All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x800 meter relay … Ran a total of 11 races at five meets during the indoor campaign; Penn 10-Team Select (1/15): Finished first in the 400 meters with a winning time of 54.58 at the season opener and ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a team which came in third with a time of 3:55.23 … Her time in the 400 meters was the fourth-fastest indoor mark in school history and an indoor personal best which put her third overall on the Wildcats all-time indoor performance list in the event; Villanova Invitational (1/22): Notched her second straight first place finish in the 400 meters (54.71) and ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay in a lineup which came in second with a time of 3:49.16; Husky Classic (2/12): Ran her first 800 meter race of the year and tallied a first place finish with a winning time of 2:03.48 against strong competition at Washington; BIG EAST Championships (2/25-2/26): Won her third career BIG EAST title in the 800 meters and had a winning time of 2:06.02 in the final … Led the field of competitors with a qualifying time of 2:08.56 in the preliminary heats … Had a split of 54.06 on the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay to help Villanova win the BIG EAST title in the relay for the first time since 2019 and the 18th time overall … Anchored the 4x800 meter relay to a third place finish with a time of 8:49.01 … Had a split of 2:11.19 on the anchor leg and the Wildcats earned All-BIG EAST honors in the relay; NCAA Championships (3/11-3/12): Her third place finish in the 800 meters was her highest career finish at an NCAA meet until she beat it by one spot at the outdoor NCAA Championships a few months later … Earned first team All-America honors and notched the eighth indoor top-three finish in the 800 meters in school history … Her time of 2:02.70 in the final is the second-fastest indoor time in school history … Passed four runners during the final lap of the race to move up from seventh place to third and was still gaining steam at the finish line … On the first day of the meet placed fifth overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 2:04.00 … Came in third in her heat to automatically qualify for the final.

2021: Earned first team All-America honors in an individual event for the first time in her career ... Named the Mid-Atlantic Region Women's Track Athlete of the Year by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) ... Recorded consecutive personal best times in the 800 meters during the NCAA Championships ... Raced at four meets in all during the season; Camel City Invitational (2/20): Opened her competition season with a time of 2:07.67 on an oversized flat track at the JDL Fast Track in Winson-Salem, N.C. ... The race was her first official collegiate competition since the 2019 cross country season; Husky Field Event Challenge (2/27): Came in first in the 800 meters on a flat 200-meter track at Connecticut ... Her time of 2:05.64 converted down to a mark of 2:04.21 for NCAA qualifying purposes and secured her spot at the national championships; Villanova Indoor Meet (3/5): Tuned up for the NCAA meet with a race in the 400 meters in the Villanova home meet in Staten Island ... Paced a field of 13 runners with a winning time of 55.27; NCAA Championships (3/12-3/13): Came in seventh in the final of the 800 meters to earn first team All-America honors and score two team points at the national meet ... Lowered her personal best in the 800 meters in both the preliminary heats and the final ... Placed fourth in the second and faster of two heats in the preliminaries with a time of 2:04.56 ... That was a good enough mark to advance on time to the final, where she lowered her time three-tenths of a second to 2:04.26 and came in seventh overall.

2019: First team All-American in the distance medley relay ... BIG EAST champion in the 800 meters ... Recorded a personal best time in the 500 meters during the season ... Competed at six meets overall during the year; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Came in second in the 500 meters with a personal best time of 1:13.36 at the first meet of the season ... Also ran the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay as part of a lineup that came in third with a time of 11:59.27; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25-1/26): Recorded a split of 2:07.12 over 800 meters in the distance medley relay ... Helped lead Villanova to a first place finish with a time of 10:59.98 which qualified the team for the NCAA Championships later in the year ... On the second day of the meet came in fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:09.52; Villanova Invitational (2/2): Runner-up in the 800 meters at the Wildcats home meet with a time of 2:07.26 ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay which finished in second place with a time of 3:52.78; David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/8): Traveled to Boston to compete in the 800 meters, where she placed eighth with a season-best time of 2:05.71; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Won her first career individual conference title ... Was the champion of the 800 meters with a winning time of 2:07.08 in the final ... Also paced the field of competitors with a time of 2:11.64 during the preliminary heats ... Helped the Wildcats capture their fourth BIG EAST team title in the last six years and the program's record 16th indoor championship overall; NCAA Championships (3/8): Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay and helped Villanova finish fourth in the race with a time of 10:56.04 ... The fourth place finish earned the Wildcats first team All-America honors in the relay and marked the team's best NCAA finish in the DMR since a second place finish in 2013 ... 2018: Competed at five meets during the indoor campaign ... Was an All-BIG EAST performer in the 400 meters and a conference champion in the 4x400 meter relay; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Finished third in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:48.37 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay on a team that placed third in 3:58.55; Columbia Challenge (1/26): Ran the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay with a split of 55.43, helping Villanova come in second in the seeded section of the DMR with a time of 11:11.76; David Hemery Invite (2/9): Finished 11th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:07.89; UCS Invitational (2/16): Helped the Wildcats record a time of 11:13.65 to win the distance medley relay on a flat track ... The winning time was converted down to 11:06.51 based on the track size; BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Runner-up in the 400 meters at the conference meet ... Posted a time of 55.17 in the final to finish second overall after her time of 55.74 in the preliminary heats was ranked third in the field ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay in 54.57 and helped lead Villanova to a conference title in the relay with a winning time of 3:42.01 ... That mark ranks third on the Wildcats all-time indoor performance list, while the first place finish helped Villanova clinch the BIG EAST team title.

2017: Competed at seven meets during the season and was a significant contributor to the team both individually and in the relays ... Second team All-American as part of the Wildcats lineup in the distance medley relay ... Helped the team win BIG EAST titles in both the distance medley relay and the 4x400 meter relay ... Also was an All-BIG EAST performer in the 400 meters; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Crossed the finish line in the 800 meters with a time of 2:14.94 to record a first place finish ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay in a lineup that tied for first place with a time of 3:56.00; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Came in seventh in the 600 meters with a time of 1:33.36 and ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay in a lineup that placed fourth in 3:49.93; Gotham Cup (1/20): Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:12.15; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Came in fifth in the 800 meters (2:10.94) and in the 4x400 meter relay ... Ran the second leg of the relay and the Wildcats posted a time of 3:52.86; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Recorded a first place finish in the 400 meters and tallied a winning time of 55.62; BIG EAST Championships (2/24-2/25): Part of BIG EAST titles in the distance medley relay and the 4x400 meter relay ... Ran the 400 meter leg of the DMR in 55 seconds and Villanova won the race with a time of 11:01.14 ... That mark also qualified the team for the NCAA Championships the following month ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay, which the Wildcats won in 3:42.06 while posting the fourth-fastest indoor time in the relay in school history ...
