CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

One of the nation's top distance runners who is a four-time collegiate All-American ... Has developed into one of Villanova's best-ever performers in cross country along with the 5000 meters and 10000 meters on the track ... Her 15th place finish to earn All-America recognition in cross country at the 2024 NCAA Championships was the best by a Villanova runner in 11 years ... Ranks second in school history in the 10K, third in the 5K and ninth indoors in the 3000 meters ... Accounts for five of the eight fastest times in school history in the 10K, including 32:39.54 on April 24, 2025 to win a Penn Relays title ... At the time of the race, the mark was the second-fastest in Villanova history and fourth-fastest in Penn Relays history ... One of only four Wildcats to be an individual Penn Relays champion in an individual event, and the second along with two-time winner Carole Zajac to be the 10K champion ... She lowered her lifetime PR to 32:25.70 -- less than three seconds off the school record -- while competing unattached during the 2026 outdoor season ... Two-time second team All-American in the 10K with a 12th place finish in 2024 and a 13th place result in 2025 at the NCAA Championships ... Also was an honorable mention All-American in the 5K in 2025 as a double NCAA qualifier in the 10K and 5K ... Posted a lifetime best of 15:33.68 at the NCAA East Preliminary to punch her second ticket to the NCAA meet after she qualified in the 10K two nights earlier ... Won the 10K conference title in 2023 and is a two-time indoor 5K champion in 2024 and 2026 ... At the 2024 indoor meet she was the first Villanova runner in 12 years to win the 5K, then was the bronze medalist a day later in the 3K ... She ran her only two indoor races of the season in 2026 at the BIG EAST Championships and was the 5K champion on the first day of the meet to go along with a fourth place finish in the 3K the next day ... Three-time qualifier for the NCAA East Preliminary ... Three-time Mid-Atlantic All-Region and first team All-BIG EAST performer in cross country who has competed at three NCAA Championships ... Has run the fastest cross country races in school history at distances of three miles (16:00.5) and 6000 meters (19:30.8) ... The latter time came at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional in 2024 during a season in which Sigfstead was the individual champion at the prestigious Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational ... She was named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week by the USTFCCCA after the Wisconsin race and became the first Villanova women's athlete to earn a national weekly honor in cross country or track & field ... Gold medalist in the U20 race at the Canadian Cross Country Championships in Ottawa in 2021 ... Led the 6K race from start to finish and cruised across the finish line with a margin of victory of well over a minute ...The race took place just after her freshman collegiate season and one week following the NCAA Championships ...
