CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS
Talented and versatile distance runner whose body of work in 2026 included running in the U20 race at the World Athletics Cross Country Championships, scoring in the 5000 meters at the indoor BIG EAST Championships and debuting in the 3000 meter steeplechase outdoors as the sixth-ranked runner in school history in that event ... She recorded PRs in 2026 in the mile (4:48.70) and 3000 meters (9:18.12) indoors as well as the 1500 meters (4:29.58), 5000 meters (16:35.08) and steeplechase (10:24.26) outdoors ... She was the third Villanovan ever to debut under 10:30 in the steeplechase and sits in sixth place on the program's all-time performance list ... Scored at the BIG EAST Championships indoors with a seventh place finish in the 5K and outdoors with an eighth place finish in the steeplechase ... Qualifier for the World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Januaruy 2026 where she represented Team Canada in the U20 Women's race ... Made her Villanova debut during the 2025 cross country season and immediately established herself at the collegiate level along with three other talented freshmen in Sophia McInnes, Cecilia Montagnese and Maeve Smith ... She and Montagnese were each BIG EAST scorers in the steeplechase while running the event for the first time in 2026 ... Top finisher for the Wildcats at the Main Line Invitational in cross country and was the team's fifth scoring runner at the Pre-National Invitational ... Part of the Villanova lineup at the BIG EAST Championships, the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional and the NCAA Championships ... Followed those races by competing for the fourth time in five weeks at the Canadian Cross Country Championships where she came in fifth in the U20 Women's race to earn her qualifying spot for the world championships.

| NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION |
Competed for her hometown club, Athletics East Nova Scotia, at the 2025 Canadian Cross Country Championships ... Her fifth place finish at the meet earned her a spot on Team Canada for the World Athletics Cross Country Championships which took place in Tallahassee, Fla. in January 2026 ... Posted a time of 28:51.0 over 8,000 meters at the Canadian championships ... Her result was especially noteworthy since the race was longer than both the collegiate standard and the world championships distance which are both 6,000 meters ... She was also running for the third straight week and fourth time in the previous five weeks at the Canadian meet ... Went on to place 47th in the U20 Women's race at the World Athletics Cross Country Championships ... Finished fifth in the Team Canada lineup and was a team scorer as Canada came in sixth out of 10 countries in the U20 race.
