Villanova Univeristy Athletics

2023: Appeared in all 17 games while making 10 starts.. Earned seven points from 5 goals and 2 assists..had a SOG% of .611.. Finished with 11 ground balls.. six caused turnovers.. and two draw controls. BIG EAST: Earned two caused turnovers and scored against Denver in the semifinals.. Also scored against UConn and Georgetown.. 

2022: Named to the All-BIG EAST First Team after starting all 16 games in her junior season. Played a versatile role at midfield on both offense and defense. Totaled 13 goals and three assists on 31 shots. Scooped up 14 ground balls and caused seven turnovers for the year. In the season opener against William & Mary (2/12), tallied four goals on four shots. Against Cornell (2/19) had her second muti-goal game scoring three and causing two turnovers.

2021: As a sophomore, Fischer appeared in all 17 games, while starting one contest. Tallied three goals on the season, all in different games. In the season opener, she recorded her best performance, netting one goal on three shots, while grabbing three ground balls and causing one turnover. Finished the season with eight points (3 goals, 5 assists) and a .722 shot on goal percentage. 

2020: Fishcer appeared in all eight games during her freshman season. She scored two goals and dished out four assists. She also had two draw controls, two caused turnovers and three ground balls. Her first goal as a Wildcat came at Cornell (2/15). Fischer scored her second goal of season at home against Saint Joseph's (3/4) and also had an assist against the Hawks. She had a season-high three assists against Princeton (2/26).

Notre Dame Prep: Fischer was a four time varsity lacrosse and varsity basketball letter winner and a two time varsity soccer and varsity cross country letter winner. She was also a member of the Skywalkers Lacrosse Club for seven years. Additionally, Fischer was an Alumnae Scholar, on the honor roll 14x and in the National Science Honor Society. 

Personal: Fischer is the daughter of Chuck and Brigid and has two brothers Mitchell and Owen. In her free time she enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore and helping those in need through various service initiatives. She chose Villanova because of its unbelievable academics, the competitive lacrosse program, Augustinian values, community feel and the commitment to serving others.
